I nearly bought an expensive face cream with advacado oil. When I read the ingredients,it was just full of chemicals and cost £33 ! So I found this video! I just wondered how you store it ? Hoping to do a nourishing face masque once or twice a week
Maybe I would have to use one or two advacados for twice a week......

Hello what type of material did you use to strain the oil. I am using a kitchen napkin and having a hard time straining the oil out
Hii, oh sorry about that. I use something like a chiffon cloth used for straining out liquid. You can use a chiffon material.

Wow! Excellent vid, Short, sweet, and to the point! Couple of things I have an Air Fryer that you can dehydrate things in - anyone ever ask you or have an experience with that to speed up drying out? Also what is average storage and shelf life? I live in Costa Rica and hot/humid/rain are our seasons! So if I wanted to make small bottles for friends or just extra during the avocado season ( we have trees everywhere!) I would use the darker bottles (of course) but where does the surplus of what I make go? Dark Cupboard? Refrigerator? Freezer? Any and all advice welcome. you cannot find anywhere around here to buy this - so if I am bored - I may just be that girl you can find it from for a season ;-) You have Great Energy...Thanks in advance! Yes,I have had people ask if they can dry in an oven,so you can use you airfryer to dry it.
It lasts for as long as possible,just store in your shelf or anywhere with normal temperature in your house.❤

Are there any other lesser known fruits you can get oil from? I only ever tried pressing oil from various nuts (walnut, hazelnut) and seeds (flax, sesame, sunflower), and I'm curious to try something new.
Yes there are, I have some on my channel, fenugreek seeds, cloves, moringa, parsley oil etc.

@@thanos1229 It depends on where you stay. Here, the temperature wasn't enough to dry it out. So, I spread it under the sun with a net to cover it and prevent it from contamination. On some days too, I heated my oven and allowed it cool off for some time before placing the mixture in it.
With that it took me just about a day and half to dry out completely.

I think it can work. Havent tried yet but the point is to get rid of water from the fruit.

Great video! So, it takes around 6 days to get that much oil? I use too much oil for this to be useful in this day and age, but if I ever get taken out by truck-kun and reincarnated into another world that doesn't have oils, now I know! Thanks!
