Jiraiya was a man of promise and knowledge. He's seen generations of ninjas in his village and had so much influence throughout his time of life within or outside of the village. Everyone was impacted by his words and actions whether they've realized it directly or not. Truly an impactful and well written character with a pervy twist of humor.
Jiraiya was a Father to so many in a fatherless generation. Not just in the show, but in the real world too. I learned a lot about life and what it is to be a good man from Jiraiya. One of the craziest things about Kakashi is he received the most trauma. Someone he loved died over and over throughout his entire life, yet he became the kindest, gentlest, and strongest of everyone. He held his own time and again, and never stopped being a hero.
Real talk jiraiya lessons are so down to earth and relatable to real life it crazy. He breaks down everything into a understandable form. You literally just sit down and listen to his character speak and it will help you become a better person.

And his reminders of his friends helped his heart never fully grow dark. A small glimmer of light inside always remained and was able to grow strong enough. Even though the trauma and wounds remained, kakashi wasn’t alone in the dark any more.
Jiraya was a very quick and wise person. It was quick of him to realise that if he had ignored Kakashi at that moment and just dismissed him, things might not have gone well. He caught onto that fast. Might Guy was the last person who saved Kakashi from the brink
