If a referee has no clear vision of a try why is this allowed one on field? I'm totally bemused.like I said I'm a wire fan and decisions go either for or against it's part of the game,but with technology now there's no excuse to make the decision right or wrong .this is killing our beloved game
I'm a warrington fan through and through and yes it's nice to win but sadly not like that.every team gets awarded tries that clearly are not.so this needs to be addressed I truly feel sorry for Leeds who for most parts dominated us and then to lose by a clear try that wasn't is detrimental to the sport referees and video refs need a good shake up? Imagine if this was for the trophy? Terrible decision
I think it goes back to the on-field decision of the ref and TJ, they said try and the video evidence wasn't clear enough to say whether he got it down or not, so they stick with the initial ref judgement. IMO this decision wasn't even that important, the reason Leeds lost was the criminal defence for Walker's try on 75 minutes. The match was in Leeds favour at that time and that pathetic defence is what really cost Leeds the game, not the VR call.
