Temple (any religious)kon sa bhi ho.. waha ja kr mann ko shanti milti ha...week main ek baar toh jarur jana chaiye.. honestly toh honi hi chahiye logo main ... Apme ha tohi toh regular touch main hu jab sa daily vlog shuru kiya ha ... 25dec to 20 feb tak main delay chal rha tha but main 25 dec se back to back vlog dekhe hai ek bhi miss ni kiya ....

Great information; if you don't mind can you also share details about the financing. Did you take a loan to build the basement. If yes, what kind of loan; process followed and challenges if any faced.
No, we didn’t take loan for building basement but people do refinance for such expenses if they have enough equity in their current home
Hi Shilpa, one question - did you have to adjust your choices / preferences when you negotiated with your contractor? Or they did everything you asked for with the negotiated price?

Example: 2 basement of 1BHK? Or 2 basement 2 bhk plus 1 studio basement ?
First basement is hall plus full washroom and small island and kitchenette which is for our use and second basement is 2 BHK
