What rules do you strictly follow when trading with the indicator? I know you mentioned not trading the first 30-60 mins of market open. Are there anything else?
@LazyDisciplined LOL! Well, at least you're honest about it, and true to your user name 😉 My advice would be to take the time. There really aren't shortcuts in trading. Not in the long run. I've been trading for many many years and even l found that by putting in the time and watching more of his videos you pick up a lot more than just "the rules". Trust me, it's worth the effort. Also he includes a few additional videos when you purchase that aid in the setup and use. Warm regards.
I went ahead and bought this but i am not getting the lines where it shows where you take profit can someone help please and is there a way to change the colors of the wicks
I take them in partials and if they are really extended i wait for an entry a little closer to the profit wave, it has worked phenomenal for me this way and allows me to give the market some space by entering the position with less than my full position to start and if it hits without getting another add or before I take an entry I wait for the next signal or use my own discernment to decide to enter if it hits then pulls back closer to profit wave.
If the drawdown is an issue for your account, I would just look at trading with less contracts to start or go to micros and then doubling up once in profit and it's heading your direction. Then move your stop loss to break even.
the drawdown on one of the signals was over 40+ points (white dot inside the profit wave). Sooooo it is not realistic to call that a win to be honest. In the other hand price action was on point today.
If it profited then it is a win, right? Regardless of the drawdown, if you follow the steps he lays out it does work. You do have losses but from experience they are offset by the wins simply by taking 5 points profit per trade
@@olesh99999 Well that's to be expected. The candles are going to be much bigger since you're increasing the timeframe by double from what he is showing here in the 1 min.
You're right, some of these can move quite rapidly if you're trading in high volume times on the 2-minute timeframe. Just need to make sure to have position sizing appropriate.
Again, you’re showing 5pt winners when in the past you’ve shown 10. Nobody is going to take a 20pt drawdown for a 5 point win. You need to be showing 10 point winners and losers everyday, not just on the days that you choose.
Why do you keep posting this? YOU are free to trade with 10 point profit targets or however else you so choose to do so. Justin doesn't have to show anything if he doesn't want to, and we're lucky to get his content and education as often has he does produce it. If you have the system, then go backtest it and find a profit target that you're happy with and trade it, nobody is stopping you.
You can absolutely use it on the 5-minute timeframe. Just need to adjust position sizing and take profitable. These are incredible for scalping 1 and 2 minute
So the video doesn't run until NY session closed, and what's not included is a short that triggered at 1:57 pm market time at 2150.75 and didn't get closed out until the price flipped north of the profit wave at 1:59 market time at 20177.25. This led to a 27 point loss on that one losing position. That wiped out about half of my profits for the day. Overall, the indicator for NY session was 13 for 14. That's awesome as heck. I'm just trying to keep it real!
Well I should have definitely practiced more with it. 1) the signals pop up super quick and some of them you will miss. 2) you have to be able to withstand big drawdown on some of the trades because the candles could have a 20 point pullback. 3) best trades are after 10:30am EST so if you have a 9-5pm this may not be for you. All that said, with some practice, time and big account this strategy will work.

I trade ES and you definitely take some heat, especially if you enter rigbt after signal candle closes. Today was my first day trading real money and made 5 ticks.
@oliverk9896 You should post this a few more times, I don't think everyone saw it yet. That said, you haven't answered the other comment that replied to the other place yoy posted this. The question about where you're seeing this? I traded this all day today and have not seen a single trade with a drawdown that large. Maybe try the 1M timeframe and see if you have better results more to your risk tolerance.
This is also why I highly suggest using prop firm accounts and not your own personal funds as you can manage risk much better and scale into positions and position sizing
Are you referring to the signal at the exact 9:30 opening bell? The next few candles were crazy which is why Justin says to wait 30-60 mins before trading..It's typically to volatile at the open.
4 wins 1 loss on 2 minute time frame and I got in seconds after candle opened and set 25 tp 25 sl . So sweet😊
Well done! You're doing absolutely incredible!
Had some losses this morning to -700$ fought my way back with the basics and ended my day +700$. Pretty good day if you ask me
Great job coming back from a loss like that and being positive $700 on the day. That's very good trading.
@kendylsmith8618 I've learned to not trade until 15 mins after NY opens and that if u get down, stick to the plan. You should be able to come back.
I never thought a win rate like this was possible, indicator is amazing and you are genius for being able to design it.
Thank you so much for this comment Mike. I really do appreciate it. It's exciting to see how accurate it is.
Real deal here no bs 🙏🎉
Thank you so much for commenting. I appreciate you
Actual customer actual results !!!!
What platform do you use? Tradingview? Tradovate or ninja trader?
Thanks Justin for this awesome indicator ❤
Thank you so much! I appreciate you
What is your hard stop loss you put?
how many points are we going for a stop loss or is that up to you to figure out
also are you getting in at candle close or at the price it shows
is there a video showing how he enters the trade
Boomer and son have your indicators, do you know if they trade the same way as you

Are the profit targets set automatically once you enter the trade?
You can set the profit target amount but it does automatically plot the profit target line on the chart.
The take profit lines are automatically populated immediately after candle close once a buy or sell signal is illuminated.
This a good system. The only issue is the drawdown on some of the trades. Need to figure out a good SL average for the trades.

Every signal in this video has at most an 11 or 12 point drawdown. Can you give a timestamp of what one you are referring to?

what was your max drawdown?
My Max drawdown on this specific trade was exactly 5.5 points. Had to go back right now and mock it up to get the exact number.

How does this perform on 5 min timeframe?
It is just ok. This is a scalping system so it is best on the 1-2 min chart.
You can absolutely use it on the 5-minute timeframe. Just need to adjust position sizing and take profitable.

Your settings must be different than mine. On mine I would’ve had 2 losses.
Which ones?
@@bsudz on the 1 minute.
@@kennyroberts3833 Do you have a different profit target set than 20?
Make sure to have hiekin ashi candles enable and PT set to 20 on 1m timeframe
