Bi-Han will always be the one and unique Sub-Zero, he defeated all the elemental Gods and Quan Chi and Shinnok and saved the earthrealm in the past without any help, he did it by himself. He was stronger than his brother Kuai-Liang.
The only mistake they made with costumes was not making normal Kabal playable. Yes, his outfit is there, but I like Kabal's in-game model prior to being burnt to a crisp(since it would be a costume, it wouldn't have to follow story mode logic)

It'll say if it's the Komplete Edition or not and if you don't have the Komplete Edition you'll need to unlock their 2nd costume / skin by beating Ladder, some of the other costumes / skins you'll have to download off the PSN or Xbox Live Marketplace stores.
Why did they have the change the characters so much in Mortal Kombat X and Mortal Kombat 11? They were just fine design wise all they had to do was visually enhance what was already there not change them completely
Some make sense and some don't costume wise. I think Sonya was a upgrade because she is a military general turned commander so of course her outfit from mk9 wouldn't be very ideal. The special forces being covered up and a little more armored makes sense because that's how the military is on the battlefield. But as for the outworld people, people like baraka and reptile are animal like creatures so they aren't too dependant on clothing so it would make sense for them to be toned down on that. People like Kitana and Jade are ninjas so it makes sense for them to not be too covered up and not wear loose clothing because that can get in the way. Kitana's human mk11 outfits are okay but Jade's seem to casual, like something she'd wear in the public, rather than a fighting outfit. Skarlet shouldn't look the way she does in mk11 because she's also a ninja and takes blood in through her skin, so she of course shouldn't be covered up so much. Sindel is fine in both games because her mk11 outfits are either fighting material or makes her look like a queen which fits her description. The earthrealm ninjas shouldn't have so much armor because it would get heavy and make them move slower. So some changes are smart and some aren't

Nightwolf's default is basically just his MK3 costume with darker pants, and Baraka's default is pretty much his MK2 costume with some extra symbols.

kitana and jade have both mk2 and mk3 skins but mileena was skiped for some reason.and i with rain had at least a mk3 skin.
