Hey guys, love this video. I'm a doctor, preparing for residency training. My dream by the end of my career is to build a old folks center and an orphanage/foster center side by side. This will allow our elders to have company of children, which they love, and will give our children caring grandparents. Its my dream, I promise if i live long enough I will do it!!

This really does change my perspective of what it means to be 80, 90, 100 years old. I always though living to 80 would be a great feat, but now I'm realizing that's still so young, there is a lot of life to be lived well into our later years.
If there's a will, there's a way! Retirement or aging doesn't have to be boring. We encourage our residents to stay engaged by asking them what they want to do next. That'll be the question you'll have to ask yourself in your later years, thanks for watching!
At 50 I feel like I'm still approaching middle age. Figuring out how to get healthy was important though. Proper diet, physical activity, and social connections.

In my home country of the Netherlands there are more and more initiatives similar to this video. Because young students are having difficulty finding places to live, they are moving into retirement homes cheaply. There they help out with taking (mentally, no actual nursing) care of the residents. I think it's a nice system to give people a place to live and take care of lonely elderly

I'm 58 years old and will retire next year, yet the prospect of it makes me weak. I apologise to everyone who has retired and filed for social security during this time after working for years only to lose everything due to an unforeseen circumstance. Those who are retired and have no family or savings to rely on find it quite challenging.
True, It has never been easier to understand how to build your money after retirement than it is right now with the inflation, when you may study and experience a completely variegated market passively by employing a successful portfolio-advisor. The impacts of the U.S. dollar's gain or fall on investments, in my opinion, are complex.
Even if you’re not skilled, it is still possible to hire one. I was a project manager and my personal portfolio of approximately $850k of my retirement pension took a big hit in April due to the crash. I quickly got in touch with a financial-planner that devised a defensive strategy to protect my funds and make profit from my portfolio this red season. I’ve made over $250k since then.
I've shuffled through investment coaches and yes, they can be positively impactful to an individual's portfolio, but do your due diligence to find a coach with grit, one that withstood the 08' crash. For me, “Annette Christine Conte” turned out to be better and smarter than all the advisors I ever worked with till date, I’ve never met anyone with as much conviction.
31 years old male and I can’t stop crying. May god give you strength to keep doing what you guys are doing and putting smiles on people. God bless Yes Theory
There are enough people like Dorothy, only the problem is that they're 'invisible' to society as they spend their last years in retirement homes with an ever decreasing number of visitors. Sad to think about
This is the most heartwarming thing i have watched in a long time and cried so many happy tears because of the beautiful ladies you met. If i look half as incredible as they do at their age i’ll be happy. Cant wait for the next installment of the trip to Oz with young Dorothy❤
My sister works at a retirement home. I volunteer often. It's incredibly sad how beautiful personalities get forgotten by their loved ones. Please take time out of your busy life ..send flowers, make a visit. Promise you it makes a difference
I was in an accident five years ago that set me back so long-and I still haven't recovered. My body and mind are not working properly anymore, but seeing the energy from Dorothy (who is 70 years older than me) and all the other wonderful ladies in the video has sparked something in me. Aww Dorothy is beautiful I love how she looking after you in the nursing home and showing you around I’m a care aid in Australia we need more here for the elderly like this care home different things for them to do I love how the dining room set up lovely I work in respite care for the elderly

The way that Yes Theory connects with humans is just beautiful, but there’s something about how genuine and earnest Stefan comports himself just makes this particular adventure even more lovely. I’m sure those ladies are forever grateful to have met you ☺️
I’ve been following Yes Theory for nearly seven years, and I have to say, this video touched me in a way I can’t quite put into words. It’s one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. I’m sitting here, tears streaming down my face-not of sadness, but pure joy and gratitude. Thank you for creating something so profoundly moving and sharing it with all of us :)
A big thing to notice on people who live up to 100 years or so they are so worry free sarcastic and overalll fun to be around....i Love the unexpectedness
This is the most beautiful video I’ve seen in a long time. I hope we all get to experience People like you guys in our golden years. This is a moment that will never be forgotten for them thank you men for being so kind to others .
Such a wonderful video. It took me back to a time many years ago when I befriended a lovely 96year old lady. She told me her many stories and shared her great wisdom. Our time together only lasted 3 years before she died, but they were wonderful years I will never forget.
I've been volunteering with the elderly and worked with them for years. Many have such great stories and experiences, and just spending 10 minutes talking to someone can make their week. If you go to a cafe on your own and see an elderly person sitting by themselves, please go up, ask to join them and chat to them. I used to work in a cafe where a lot of elderly came once a week just to get some human interaction, and it is soo rewarding to get to know them or introduce them to another regular customer.
For people who wonders what the show staffan is talking about, its called Kan du vissla johanna. Its extremely wholesome and its aired every Christmas!
I have recently gotten into caregiving for people with dementia and alzheimers and this video moved me to tears. Old people are the greatest and they deserve all the love and respect we can give them
This video got me incredibly emotional. My grandma lived with us and was my best friend when I was growing up. She eventually moved into a retirement home that was more of an apartment building, more independent living. They’d gather in the community center in the building for events and such too. I loved visiting my grandma there, and she was always so excited to introduce me to all her friends- she knew everybody! 🥲 She passed 6 years ago, and I miss her dearly. The elderly have always had a warm place in my heart bc of my Grandma Grace. I’m glad you got to fulfill this dream of visiting a retirement home, Staffan 🫶🏻😊
16:24 “See you later alligator In a while crocodile!” That’s what I learned from an old foreign guy we met on a mall driveway here in the 🇵🇭. It was random but I will always remember it.
I just placed my father in a memory care facility, after caring for him for years, and this appreciation of seniors in such a loving way had me in tears. Thank you Stefan and Amar for celebrating our most precious and wise segment of society. You are inspiring the world to follow suit. I love you guys!!💜🎉💜
I lost my grandmother last week, she spent the last couple of years in a retirement home back in my home country lebanon and because what's happening there the last time i saw her was a year ago . i would give everything to be able to kiss her hands again and hear her stories , you guys made my day !!! BEAUTIFUL JUST BEAUTIFUL !!!
This is so heartwarming. I loved hearing their stories and seeing their personalities. The elderly have so much to give. It’s beautiful. It’s also awesome that you went to the Bay Area. I loved seeing the Yes Fam from my area come out and support! Thank you for inspiring me and money others to seek discomfort.
Stefan! Way to make my cry for half of the video, I lost my 88 yr old great grandmother last year and that was a hard hit, currently my grandma faubert is 93 and JUST this year retired. Shes crisp and clear and has been a realtor all her life, she's looking into moving out by me because we are close and into a nursing home. Whenever she moves here and I go to visit her, I'm gonna try and be like Stefan and make everyone around, not just my grandma, feel appreciated
I swear I have not smiled that wide, and cried that hard ever in my life before. This video is absolutely incredible. One of the best you’ve ever done.
They are so mentally sound it's very impressive! ❤ Every elderly person I speak to rambles on about something insane so it's nice to see this and gives me hope about getting older
Im not crying you're crying. So many special moments in this video and so many special ladies featured in this video Dorothy, Barbara and Patricia your zest for life and friendships it truly amazing thank you for sharing❤
I missed my grandma so much today and this video made my heart smile. Thank you for taking time to visit and listen for them. ❤ you guys are such blessings
I knew this would be a really special video and it did not disappoint. I love the elderly. They are the most sincere and joyful people, if just given a chance to show it. ❤
My Aunt is 102 1/2. She lives in Green Bay WI. She was a school teacher. Started in one room schools in central Wisconsin. She didn't go into a nursing home till she was 100. She took the Queen Mary boat over to Europe post WW2 with a another lady. I think of all the changes she has seen in her life time. She never married. The stories she has. I am so grateful my kids got to know her. She went to Green Bay Packer games till she was in her late 80's with her sister who recently passed at 86. She too was a teacher and never married. They had a lot of adventures together. So blessed to have them in our lives.
My grandmother is 91 years old and every morning I call her and have a check in with her and I think it’s amazing what you did for these amazing women ❤
"why we send so many of them away" exactly that's so sad. in my culture it's so important to look after our older parents after we are grown up. And this way our kids even see and love their grandparents even more.
This has to be one of the best YesTheory videos. Thank you so much for bringing so much joy to this elderly home. I was smiling the whole video and that is special.

I quickly got in touch with a financial-planner that devised a defensive strategy to protect my funds and make profit from my portfolio this red season. I’ve made over $250k since then.
This is exactly how i wish to get my finances coordinated ahead of retirement. Can I get access to your advisor?
I've shuffled through investment coaches and yes, they can be positively impactful to an individual's portfolio, but do your due diligence to find a coach with grit, one that withstood the 08' crash. For me, “Annette Christine Conte” turned out to be better and smarter than all the advisors I ever worked with till date, I’ve never met anyone with as much conviction.
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
The way I cried like a baby!!!! Dorothy deserves the world! 💞💞💞
31 years old male and I can’t stop crying. May god give you strength to keep doing what you guys are doing and putting smiles on people. God bless Yes Theory
Nursing homes are always looking for volunteers. You should call some in your area.
I am grateful for my grandmother I hugged today. She is 98. Can’t wait to see the next episode. ❤
Blessed for sure.
Oh my we need more people like Dorothy in this world she is the most kindest lady! her manners are spectacular ❤
There are enough people like Dorothy, only the problem is that they're 'invisible' to society as they spend their last years in retirement homes with an ever decreasing number of visitors. Sad to think about
What an absolute sweetheart! Love Dorothy. I hope she sees these comments.
102 she looks very healthy for her age n thank u for doing this for the elderley as alot of times they r forgotten
Their minds and energy are a great reminder of how you should approach life. I want to do better. Thank you guys ⚡⚡
And thank you too. Speedy recovery
11:06 Patricia happy birthday to beautiful women! Hearing her say “no one said that for many years” kinda broke me. Just such quick comment probably made her day 😢❤ just beautiful

Patricia will forever remember her 94th birthday, and well, yeah 50th too! Thanks guys for making this
I don’t think I’ve ever smiled so much at one video. We all need to be so grateful for life itself.
Dorthy the 102 yr old does not age nor does she act 102. amazing, keep going strong Dorthy.. i am amazed, what a gem
Looks like I need Staffan and Ammar help me out with my grandmas 83rd birthday in 3 weeks. But in all seriousness this video was simply beautiful. I love that you guys gave all of this effort to let these ladies know they are important and loved! Keep on being a blessing to those who cross your paths❤
Thank you Brothers! That was beautiful, I had happy tears from beginning to end. ❤
This has a big "OG Yes Theory" vibe to it and I love it! Please more of this kind of stuff including strangers and taking them on adventures!
Yea please. Less cults, Ufos and conspiracy theories more happy, connections and experiences OG style.
The way that Yes Theory connects with humans is just beautiful, but there’s something about how genuine and earnest Stefan comports himself just makes this particular adventure even more lovely. I’m sure those ladies are forever grateful to have met you ☺️
We can confirm the residents loved Staffan and Ammar! They were dubbed as the "young handsome fellows" 🥰😅
Found myself crying and smiling while watching this
Throughout! So much love and appreciation!!!
You're not alone.
Dorothy looks AMAZING for 102 ‼
I’m not crying, you’re crying. 😢❤😊 way to go guys. I’m proud to support this channel.
This grandma is at the top of her game! So sharp, so spontaneously witty! Wow, what an inspiration
What an absolutely beautiful story! Im a 6'2 350 lb man and I got tears rolling. You guys are amazing! There is so much love and light in their eyes.
For people who wonders what the show staffan is talking about, its called Kan du vissla johanna. Its extremely wholesome and its aired every Christmas!
I cried, and cried, and cried... This was so beautiful, inspiring, and heartwarming! My heart opened up so wide... Thank you YES THEORY!!!💖✨
I have recently gotten into caregiving for people with dementia and alzheimers and this video moved me to tears. Old people are the greatest and they deserve all the love and respect we can give them
The fact that we get free videos on RUclips by Yes Theory is truly a gift; keeping education and knowledge alive 🤷
I work with the elderly disabled, and it's the most gratifying job I have ever had.
16:24 “See you later alligator
In a while crocodile!”
That’s what I learned from an old foreign guy we met on a mall driveway here in the 🇵🇭.
All of these elderly are such beautiful kind people

This is so heartwarming. I loved hearing their stories and seeing their personalities. The elderly have so much to give. It’s beautiful. It’s also awesome that you went to the Bay Area. I loved seeing the Yes Fam from my area come out and support! Thank you for inspiring me and money others to seek discomfort.
Another video where I am laughing, smiling, and crying! Thank you so much for so much inspiration and reminders of what being human is all about. ❤
You guys have been steadily keeping up the streak of getting me to cry at every single video for the past 3 odd years now.
I LOVE our elders! They are so under appreciated and valued!
Dorothy is an amazing person... Old people are really sweet. We should be kind and respectful to them. Awesome vlog yes theory. Thank you 😊
Im not crying you're crying.
I absolutely LOVE all these sweet elderly people full of such personality! The birthday party was so precious! I can’t wait for the next episode! ❤
I love Dorothy & excited to see her Australia adventure !!! She’s an inspiration.
These 3 beautiful ladies taught us what the Joy Of Life is!
Staffan is such a beautiful soul and i had a grin the entire way through the video ❤
Lost my grandma yesterday so seeing yall do this makes me smile a lot🙏🏾💯❤️
Whenever I feel upset I come back to your guy's channel, and i cant stop smiling! Never stop making people say yes
GIMMIE THE NEXT EP RIGHT NOW
This is one of the best senior homes. They are few and far between. These ladies are very blessed.
This has to be one of the best YesTheory videos. Thank you so much for bringing so much joy to this elderly home. I was smiling the whole video and that is special.
This experience you share is just as beautiful as it is ❤🩷💜 Doesn’t need much thumbnail changing💜🩷💕 Can’t wait for part 2 🩷 Patricia and Dorothy are amazing❤
Guys, you all are GREAT!!!! Every time I watch your videos I finish them with a huge smile on my face. Godspeed and greetings from northeast Brazil.
You guys are the best. I’m smiling. I’m laughing. I’m crying. Happiest of vibes connecting with our older generation.
Hell YES! This is a great place. My dad worked there when i was very young. I went to middle school down the street and high school across the street. I would volunteer there with the boy scouts. More recently my step dad passed away there. The place has definitely been special to me in different ways over the years. Thank you for going there and giving some people there a special yes theory experience.
Just another Sunday crying for strangers on the internet 💙 I cannot wait for part 2
I’m glad you made this video! I’m 16 and love talking to the elderly! I interview WW2 Korea and VN war veterans and hearing their stories is always incredible!
