if rusty use something like wd40 on the bolt but don't snap them i snapped one bolt due to it being rusty well you have a great day & thumbs up
Leave the old seat cover on and cover over that way way easier that way foam wont move around.
Unless the original seat cover has torn and has rough hard edges.

After stapling did you cut any of the extra vinyl or just leave it. If you cut, did you cut with scissors or use a razor

what size plywood s on seat backs?
How long did it actually take you to take off the seats , reapply fabric and re-attach the seats ?
Filming......6 hours, Actual time of work, maybe 1 1/2 hrs.
How did you connect the seat to the golf cart?
The Seat Base has Male and Female hinges. The Seat Backs are just remounted to the original hardware.
What size staples did you use ?
Arrow T-50 3/8th" Heavy Duty
