How to make Vegan Chashu (recipe)

100% vegan chashu recipe. This time we used gluten called FU, but you can use soy meat or bread instead.
Ingreedients
soy sauce 50ml
sake 25ml
mirin 25ml
water 50ml
sugar 1tbsp

It can be made from flour, but it requires a lot of processing, so it's better to substitute bread or soy meat.

Hi! Thank you!! It`s japanese ingridient - wheat gluten (protein) cake. In Japan it usually substitutes meat instead of seitan.
