Jawa is 172kg kerb weight. Re 350 is 186 with 90% fuel and oil so minus fuel and oil maybe same kerb weight

Yes it do touches the base while riding dual. No if you maintain your bike properly self start will not be a issue.

No heating issue as such. Seats do become a bit uncomfortable after 200-250kms but a 10mins break solve that.
