That was some absolutely stunning drone footage. The sound of crashing brush definitely gets the heart pumping!

Nice to see a RUclips angler/creator commenting positively on another. I enjoy watching you both fish.

I love Alaska. We gave all the time to see my nephew and fish for grayling and rainbows. It’s my favorite place

Thermacell's are a must in many situations. I especially appreciate them when camping at high lakes in the spring/early summer.

While I have always liked your videos this one seems like a step up as video and storytelling quality. I caught a small grayling in Yellowstone National Park. Part of my bucket list is to catch a decent sized grayling.
Nice step up on you your RUclips tube evolution.

I have visited many locations in Alaska over the past twenty years and spent enough time in the back country as well as local rivers and streams to encounter bears a number of times. I like most carry a side arm but by far the best bear deterrent has been an inexpensive airhorn that I bought at either a tackle supply, Walmart, or grocery store. I couple loud blasts from this has sent some of the biggest Kodiak brown bears running and you dont need to wait until they get close like you might with a pistol.

Can you do a video on outdoor videography? I know some of us don’t have any experience with cameras or drones and would like to learn how to document our trips

I am a bit of a DIY'er - learning as I go...I am not completely sure what I could teach. Hmmmm....

Thank you Dan. You make some great videos. I'm finally taking my 3 boys to Alaska. Youngest is 24. LOL We will be spending 3 days with a guide fly fishing for rainbows on the Keni. Day 4 and 5 will be up to us. We will be staying in Soldatna. Can you recommend where abouts to look for a small stream like the one you were fishing in that area? I'm guessing there might be a few around there maybe? Thanks again. Great fly fishing videos and information.
