FYI and I’m sure you’ve probably already figured it out by now but the the reason the tray was difficult to pull out was because it’s supposed to slide under the grate in order to allow any possible accidents your dog has to drop into the removable tray.

This kennel is destructible. My dog has pulled a post out and tore off both the front and top door off. Only had the kennel a lil over a year.
Tray is suppose to go in bottom under grading.
Exactly. To allow the waste to be collected in the tray.
Maybe he doesn't want his dog to get her toes caught in the grate.
@@sdlock83 I have the exact same one I use for my litter off pups and grading is not big enough for paws to get in.

Dogs get their nails caught. I just add blankets and pillows and I'm all set.

That's to small for your baby
It’s not to small. It’s the appropriate size for his dogs size and weight. What you don’t want is your dog to have enough room to designate a potty corner and then have enough room to roam.
@@phillmarcal It may be slightly too small in terms of head room. Ideally she should be able to stand up straight and get head shaking shouldn't be touching the top.
