The Grove Shootout seemed like the Driver was baiting you to the Area, because as far as im aware, people from your back started shooting at you, and the Driver was still sitting in the Car, and then got out after the Shootout started, and started throwing Lead.

Sometimes when I'm not doing anything at all, occasionally my camera will shift to a car and it will also have a red dot on the mini-map, why is this? Is the mod telling me that person just did something illegal, or?? I'd greatly appreciate a response.
