The effort on it and time is the only thing that changes. I play with every class every season and even though Titan is the worst class it's still a very good class and can clear anything with the class.. The difference is if you've Nighthawk/Still Hunt/Goldy it's going to take less time to clear the raid for instance. I know most of the time Hunters are at the bottom but I know in the back of my head that it truly doesn't matter what class is good at this certain time or if it's bad.. You can still clear everything in the game.
There is one hunter helmet that works, the strand hunter helmet that gives woven mail on grapple, there is a faint smoke effect at the front of the mouth area, when you scope in you can see a faint black fog
If happen to have the Festival of the Lost mask lying around in your inventory, provided you are not the leader, you will be 5 power levels less than the leader and you have a unique look. Like I made my Hunter look like Pyramid Head.
yeah my whole team does masks and ghosts that match. so chicken mask with guardian games warlock ghost (bird mask with bird ghost), xol or acolyte mask with hive ghost, jade rabbit mask with bunny rabbit ghost, etc.
It's hilarious that hunters are still a problem to tell apart. That was a huge issue the first time I ran this with 4 hunters. They all look the same! 😂
I wish you were teaching this raid and especially giving a better understanding to Verity. I am on this encounter with my friend and another guy teaching us four throughout the raid. Now I can see why I will hate Verity.

Kinda unrelated but there's also websites to see all the gear and ghosts of players in that encounter. I like to pull out the Halloween mask and have a chicken head during it. Both make it stupidly easy. Beat it yesterday in about 10 minutes

If you need to do a cheese to get past this part of the encounter, I'm pretty sure you're just sleepwalking through the raid and you're not going to get past the actually difficult parts of Verity.
You can make it work with those. I can see all glows. But I haven't seen anyone make a video on it yet. Think I'll just hold on to this one, don't want it getting patched. 😂
Haven't seen this mentioned, but Vesper of Radius with the Transcendent Geometry ornament will show the projection parts when you ADS at the podium. The statue doesn't even need to be visible.
I think it’s particle effects that can’t be mapped to a hard surface that show (I.e. fire, smoke, SIVA shenanigans, etc). I’d assume that, just like Riven Cheese, patching this out would be more effort than it’s worth.
I guess for the hunter the armor with the Ahamkara tentacles is the best choice or just look for the cloak and check with your teammates the shape. The taken king armor pieces from GOTD are also very unique.
Just wanted to mention some other potential ones that I saw that could work Warlocks with the fortnite collab helmet have their eyes glow. hunters with graviton forfeit no ornament have their void visor “mist?” Still appears. Further testing needs to be done but I have seen these work but I don’t know if others will have the same success.
So, basically do it the normal way or waste time trying to see the little art. If you can't call out the ghosts then there are bigger issues. Bungie needed a different shape for the triangle-triangle combo, such as a diamond. The amount of people I've talked to who can't fathom there is no square in the pyramid shape but there is in the prism blows me away.
You know this shit doesn’t even matter when people complain that you are “ ruining their build” and they are “ just trying to have fun” . Tried to get some one to run necrotics last week ( usually I run it but I was on titan) and he refused to swap because I was “ forcing a build on him”
I mean its a video game boss, I don't see why you get to be upset when you're asking someone else to ruin their own fun and completely change how they're playing the game.
Now you don't have to put up with the "one guy" who never calls out his guardian

I can see every glow, on even legendary armor (crota, solstice, DSC, etc.) 😉
There also some legendarios that work. The void hunter helmet with eyebrows and the crota warlock gloves both wok in my experience.

Only works for exotics and not certain ornaments that make you glow fire (- I think an old Dawning/Guardian Games one)?

Skarrow9 and a bunch of other RUclipsrs did a no comms run and that's how they did this encounter
Also, each guardian only needs to remember 2 people. Just make sure its not the same two people.

The Crota armor seems to draw on others peoples screen even if they cant see you. The weird green tentacle stuff.

We beat it using necrotics yesterday, went for his ghost first every time
Solstice and crota armor works as well for all classes
All the Crota End armor glows can also be seen.
