Hi! Great video! i had a question on the insta360x4. I am having issues exporting videos on the app, saying your device didnt have enough space, when it did. and playing videos back in memode on the app my just play back all black

If there is an option for "Continue Export", please select it and see if the export can be completed successfully.
And we kindly suggest you clear the cache of the Insta360 APP or your phone itself. Here are the steps:
Clear the Insta360 APP cache. Specific path: Insta360 APP - Settings - Clear Cache.
Clear phone cache. You can clear the cache files of other apps on your smartphone, or delete some unnecessary apps to free up more storage space.
Regarding the black screen of "Me mode" when playing back, please send the original footage, the operation recording on the app, and the app's log ID to us via service@insta360.com. Our tech support team will be there to assist further. Thank you for your understanding.

Why aren’t my images being saved to my iPhone album as 360 images after I chose export as 360? It’s just flat images 😢
Hi, thank you for your question. Currently, most smartphone album do not support viewing 360 footage. You need to upload your 360 footage to supported platforms such as Facebook, RUclips, or Google Photos to view your footage in 360.
just tested for the first time my Insta360 X4 with the water Case for snorkeling compare to my Gopro 11, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with the quality of the footage with the Insta360 X4. Am I the only one, or am I missing something here ?
Make sure you are using the correct resolution settings. There are lower settings, and the highest is 8K. You may be on a lower setting.
Does the X4 connect to a Sena headset through MESH or some other way?
Hello, the Sena headset connects to the X4 via Bluetooth. Sorry to say that it currently does not support Mesh for connection.
i saw a video that shows cardo headsets can pair multiple with the x4 and ace pro
@@dannywolf2336 I have it connected with my sena, just not through MESH. Insta said it's just bluetooth for now.
So Sena Evo 10 should works with X4 ?

My Bluetooth is asking me for a Pin to pair my new insta 360 x 4. I tried 888888. That didn't work 00000 or 1234. Any suggestions
Hello, kindly note that the camera connects to the phone via WiFi. Please go to the WiFi settings page, find the X4 WiFi network, and try entering the password 88888888 to see if it can connect successfully. If issue persists, please contact us via service@insta360.com so that we can further assist.

Adding an extra layer of material REDUCES heat???
Hi there, I am sorry to inform you that the X4 Thermo Grip Cover cannot lower the temperature of the camera. However, the graphene material inside it can absorb and slowly dissipate heat, which helps to reduce the heat sensation when you are holding the device and improves comfort during use.
