I was wondering if the man lift I saw earlier was recovered from the water or was one to be used. Now I see it is being used for the torch cutting of the beams. That is a crucial part and I'm pretty sure the cuts are where the explosive charges will be used to finish separating the beams into manageable pieces. These workers are going above and beyond to get this done. I think they make the cuts then the charges will almost instantly separate the beams at once after the cranes are attached.
