I applied for #AustraliaVisa on 6th October by there website and uploaded all documents but got rejected and received the #rejection letter on 24th October 2018.

Koi ni bhai.. US Visa ek baar maine bhi reject karaya hua hai. uske baad 5 baar hoke aa chuka hu :-) Lag jaate hai thode time pe.. 5 7 country aur ghumlo .. Try with Europe first, they dont ask you if you had a previous rejection.

Hey. First of all visa officer is very well trained. They have their rules and acts which they observe during processing every application. If they rejected your application there will be 100% genuine reason why it was rejected. First of all you are not eligible to apply tourist visa on behave of your father because you are a medical student your age is also more. You are not dependent on your father according to intentional Law if you are 18 above so you are single adult. These western countries are not like malaysia E visa or Azerbaijan E visas. They always check each and every thing related to application. Australia visa is most difficult visa in the world you should try europe , than USA , Uk , canada then you can apply for Australia now. Travel history does not matter only thing is how you present your case . You are medical student you should register for any medical workshop, summers school or any study program for 2 3 weeks in Australia. There are thousands of coarse from which people come from different countries so this was the process you should apply in. Now its better if you apply anywhere in western make sure you book any conference ticket related to your studies or any short coarse in any university so you can apply same tourist and visitor visa in this case. I was approved USA , Uk europe in same case. Better luck next time. I would personally recommend you to apply for USA it is most easiest visa and fare also.

Don't worry australians don't trust anyone easily unless you were a refugee from middle eastern countries. Good point that you made this video. Just continue your journey through out the world and there will be day when Australia tourism dept will contact you to sponsor you for your tour. Untill they realize what they have lost by rejecting your visa and the number of people following you on youtube and its subsequent effects. I am an Indian Australian myself and I can tell you that they welcome the people whom they don't need and they reject the visas for people who really would convey a positive tourism message
Visa Processing for Australia is done in India and by Indian itself , no Australian are involved in this process unless asked.
Your visa letter says following reason
I find that you have not demonstrated sufficiently strong financial, personal, employment or
other commitments in your home country that would be an incentive for you to return after
your visit.
Meaning they cant find stronger reason that you will return to India , it may happen that you will illegally stay in Australia , do a job or study , You need to show strong reason regarding not staying in Australia and return to India.
Above is the main reason your visa got rejected.

Bro aus ka tourist visa ke liye 5lakh k uper and ap ka khud ka income hona chie to pakka lagta main manila philipiness se bahut frienda ke aisa hua hai ki 5lakh se kam tha and bank me tha aur khud ka persnol income nahi tha so maybe that problem your visa nahi laga hoga
My agent suggested against stating that I am a student it is believed that students try to go on visitor visa and try to do some course to get into Australian University . So I think you being a student is more of a reason.
Yatri bhaiyya, visa rejection is a part of the game but you should always apply with full preparation and don’t take it casual because all the high end countries are prepared to reject anyone.

Australian visa is really difficult to get, I hve travelled to Australia as tourist on blank passport, and was lucky as I was informed it will be rejected but I was guided to give strong financial base and for that multiple credit card is preferred by them. Give front copies of credit card with limit defined. This helps a lot. As I watch u r videos you don't carry any CC, make add on card from your dad, this will help in future.
I am an Australian & a Canadian citizen (both naturalized) , also have an OCI. I can tell you Aussie visa's can be tough to procure , as is the case with US ones.

mera newzeland ka ek baar reject hua tha , i applied from Singapore then. I then applied the same from Delhi embassy I got it.

For NZ, Australia and Canada Visa, you need a narrative. Be Balmiki, Vedbyas, or Homer, write Ramayana, Mahabharat, or Illyad/Obessey, you get visas of these countries. RELATIVELY wrong narrative based on their sterotypes, you get rejection. Also, passports from East and South India get more visit visa successes, not Punjabi or Gujarati passports, as relatively these people are sterotyped TRADITIONALLY to travel only for income, not pleasure.

You are students, and don't have any income/employment. Usually these types of ppl wants to stay in Australia. Further no specific commitment to return to India, you can show your college admissions details and show that you have to complete your study and has to appear for exam. Show them letter of studing from your Dean/principal etc.

I attended a webinar about a month back from Australian embassy. What they primarily look for is a strong incentive for the applicant to return back the the home country. In an essence you need to assure them of your strong roots in your home country. With that said, they don’t have any issue with any student applying for a tourist visa. What they would need are all associated proofs along with the application. This would include and not limited to sponsorship letter from your father and NOC from the institute where you are studying.

I have read in one of your comments that you didn't pre-book the return flights and hotel accommodation. Dekho bhai agar US/UK/Aus/Canada ka tourist visa lena hai to kuch cheeze sabse jyada important hain. Strong cover letter, pre-booked return flight tickets, travel insurance, pre-booked hotel accommodation, detailed travel itinerary for each and every day.
Aap ne return flight aur hotel booking na kara ke bahut badi galti ki. I know their website says you don't need to book beforehand but my dear friend we are from the 3rd world, it's the sad reality that no one in this world trusts the Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis etc and it's our responsibility to make them convinced that we are genuine traveller and will definitely return back to our home country. Hotels 100% free cancellation wale bhi hote hain yaar, aur flight tickets refundable hoti hain.
Fact of the matter is you treated Australian visa like just another country where you've travelled.

They don’t have any criteria to judge right or wrong. After refusing just giving excuses. They are after money to the person applying. Mine USA refused 3 times.
