Its considered extremely rude to eat on road in japan. People there don't like others when they are eating on the road. I have been to Japan 5 times and am learning Japanese. Whenever you are traveling to foreign countries you need to make sure about asking common cultural things at the airport's information counter.....

1:26 flickering is causing due the camera anti banding setting they have the 50-60Hz AC so u must need to change that antibanding settings accordingly
Otherwise camera will take some time to adjust..we have 50Hz in India but in japan they use both 50 and 60 Hz so you must careful while shooting

bhai change the frequency of the video recording to 50Hz instead of 60 hz. as in japan, the lights are according to that, so the video flickering will stop.
Just change the Hz of recording format and notice the difference.
I think the flickering is because of frequency mismatch of electricity because Japan has both 50 and 60 Hz.

Just check the electrical supply frequency of the region and synchronize your video shoot to the same either 50Hz or 60Hz.....tokyo has 50Hz supply you may be shooting at 60Hz that's why flickering
