    To be honest, the only thing I think Tinubu's administration must do is to return the stolen mandate.
    Everything else is secondary because they won't succeed unfortunately.

      @@yohannaagbanaji8012 I agree with you. I’d like him to succeed for the sake of our country but it’s unlikely because of the process that brought him in. The process is more important than how you got there because it’s in the process that the rules and principles are established. Tinubu is not the rightful winner of the election - he’s the result of a failed system, of rigging; simply put, he’s an impostor. I like how a British journalist put it. In paraphrase he said, Tinubu cannot unite the nation because he’s an embodiment of everything that divides it.

      Thank you!! All this "heal a divided country" talk is duplicitous. How do you inflict damage with impunity and not so much as an apology then turn around and say lets be friends now, you know we have a goal to achieve?? Peace without justice? Never works.
      Even if the person forgives, the offender will carry on with impunity in all things they touch because it is deemed to be the formula for success..fails everytime. That is why Nigeria is where it is today.

      As much as I’m not a fan of Tinubu even from his Lagos ownership days, Obidients did not show by how many governors they elected that LP had a massive reason to think they were had in any massive way.
      LP’s popularity just happened to be birthed by people’s disenchantment with Buhari’s eight years; period. Obi himself had not enough clout across the country.
      I even believe that Tinubu’s results were a direct punishment for Buhari’s wasted years.

    Bishop kukah my love for you is beyond what I can express but that doesn't mean that I won't disagree with some of ur opinion. I knw what it means to be a Christian in the north were is dominated by Muslims and most times extremists but despite all those odds you keep thriving. I think Nigerians problem is too much diversity and I disagree with ur simple words of diversity being our strength. I think diversity is the major source of our problem and that's why we can never have peace in Nigeria. You spoke well today and you have always spoke the truth to power and that's what leadership is all about. I just like u as a bishop who doesn't go about doing fake miracles and spewing fake prophecies like ur counterparts in ur religion. You are more of a practical and realistic talker I stead of attributing everything to Devine like others. Well done sir

    Kukah is brilliant , and I enjoyed his inaugural speech which was delivered extempore , however , I wish he would have asked his audience how the Northern Muslims would have reacted if this was a Christian /Christian ticket . I think that we have not been asking the right questions about the country , there is so much that needs to be discussed and I hope we can start little by little .

    Distribution of money to their friends will not work. The poor trader in the market used fuel to power generator. Use vehicle that uses fuel to go the market to buy things to sell. Transportation orice is increased. How will they collect the penny's. From. The money borrowed.

    Generally, best thing is to remove the subsidy.
    Palliative should not be by sharing 5k to poorest of the poor because I don’t know the yardstick to determine those people, this will be a pure waste.
    But I want to see palliative in the area of:
    States having service bus in cheaper price per drop off
    Increase minimum wage to a reasonable and affordable amount
    Big cities can have bus and managed by LG if need be.
    God will heal our land

      He has been think thanking but like he said, politicians like the dark spots. They threw away the electoral reforms done by them. Even the 2022 electoral act was intentionally left with loopholes about the electronic transfer of results and with many lawyers and erudite scholars.

    As usual, the Bishop says the right things, but the problem is that the wrong people are in government. No matter how nice he sounds , there is no change in Nigeria, so what's the use of constructive criticism? It's high time he became more direct.
    You have a president who NEVER engaged in a debate during the campaign; his current health status unknown, age unknown, academic qualifications unknown, and as usual Nigerians keep quiet. Buhari should be tried for the slaughter of thousands of Nigerians who died during his useless, wasteful administration.
    I do NOT wish this current administration any good .
