In fact IBA was repeatedly asked by IOC to submit test details and documents, and guess what - IBA refused to submit any details about the test. In fact IBA didn’t provide test details to Khelif also. I think that makes it quite clear that there was no evidence of XY chromosomes; otherwise why would they shy away from sharing the detailed report.

But during puberty they usually find out, what sex they really belong to. Girls have menstruation. And because of high testosterone levels boys grow stronger and have more muscular strength and sturdier bones; they become men. It all depends on the hormones not the look of the exterior genitals. - There are women with slightly higher natural testosterone levels than other women, but they never reach the levels of testosterone that men have. In some countries (e.g. Taiwan, Algeria) you cannot change gender assigned at birth, and in Algeria it is even forbidden to be homosexual or transgender. But facts are facts, even if you find out the truth late, and even if Algeria does not allow to speak about the matter in public. - The proof is in the testosterone-test and in the chromosomes.

From what I have gathered she was born female (that is with female organs), thus biologically woman, and is accordingly mentioned in her passport and other documents. That she posses some chromosomes that are keen to males, she is not the only one. She never had sex change or anything close to it. I have nieces who inherited a genetic condition from my brother inlaws side of the family who barely ever menstruate. Their bodies naturally produce testosterone which causes facial hair which they need to manage almost daily. They were both told due to their condition they would not be able to have children. One of my nieces has had two children by accessing IVF. Without IVF it would not have been possible for her to have children.
