Hi Curious Being and thanks for your lecture. My question is How can you carrier aggregate 16 carriers and only 4 BWP's if a BWP works only on a single carrier? That would mean that if you aggregate more than 4 carriers you would need more than 4 BWP's.
@Cesar Sosa the concept of BWP and CA are two independent entities. BWP is defined for a single CC(component carrier) and CA means to aggregate different CCs. BWP is defined for bandwidth inside a single CC, where as CA talks about sum of bandwidths of all the CCs. Think of BWP like a subset of a CC's Bandwidth and in CA you basically aggregate these CC bandwidth to get higher data throughput.

Bandwidth will be limited in case of multiple BWPs but if you need higher Bandwidth you have to go for carrier aggregation

If the two CCs have different numerology then they have to be part of two different BWPs. meaning two different BWPs can have different numerology
