The most traumatic coda in my opinion. Fourth and Third bring a lot of beautiful melodic swings, first just gives me chills. But this is the scariest in my opinion, it is just so fucking good.
It'd also stupid hard 😭 those repeating noted in the beginning are hard to pull off at that speed without your entire hand being on fire within a few measures. I wanna play it so bad, but that technique is intimidating.
I completely agree with you. The coda of Ballade No. 4 is highly elaborate, and it’s not quite clear when it begins. However, its climax reminds me more of ANGER and CHAOS, while simultaneously evoking ROMANTICISM and EMOTION. On the other hand, the coda of Ballade No. 2 depicts DRAMA, PANIC, FEAR, ESCAPE, and finally death and possibly an afterlife.
I hate this piece But I love it But I hate it? But I love it It makes me cry It makes me stressed It brings good memories It brings bad memories It’s traumatic
@@linden2391 oh ok fair enough, but still definitely listen to his ballades and scherzi, they’re some of his most influential and important works, especially the recordings of Seong Jin Cho are good (also nocturnes, sonatas, and the rest of his music are all good)
wish this coda was longer. when i hear the danse macabre piano arrangement i can’t stop hearing this. also keep the sheet dark in the end, it’s not like it ends with clarity, it just gets more and more hopeless
Great vid, could you do the Alkan concerto for solo piano coda, maybe Tchiakovsky in his piano concerto, or a few others that I will name if you want. Again, amazing vid, love the animations.
When you are very determined you will be able to do the 1st mvt of the 2nd sonata (kissin's version is the best imo) thank you very much for your work!!!!!!
Many compare the difficulty of the first two ballades. I think Ballade no. 2 is actually technically more difficult than Ballade No 1. But No. 1 is musically more beautiful and demanding, and technically more comprehensive though.
It’s in 6/8, so the strong beats are beats 1 and 4. The rests are notated this way to make it easier to keep track of where that pulse is. Since the last note of the piece is a quarter note, you need an eighth rest to fill in the space before the next strong beat. I think you’re looking at it as if it were in 3/4, in which case you would just have two quarter rests. I hope that makes sense
this is actually very epic considering your making almost allá Chopin codas but i think if you do the coda of Rachmaninnoff's second sonata it would also be veri epic
Good stuff Wolowolowolo, been looking out for this animated Ballade, you finally completed all the Ballade codas! Thank you for all these animated sheet music man, it's really fascinating. Consider making full piece animations man or keep em short. Keep it up yooo✋🗿💯 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.❤
Thanks for upload, a month has passed and I can already see the coda of this ballad. The last 4 minutes of the barcarolle (shortly before the piu mosso section) are very beautiful thinking about it...
Really my favourite moment of the entire Chopin Compositions. So dramatic and it disappears so effectively, not bad for a composer I don't really enjoy.
POGGERSS!!!!

Excactly what I was going to say. Ty.

You're the only reason I find new Chopin pieces 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
You're missing out then
Aren’t his ballades one of the first things you would listen to…
@@manzoh2248 i would assume his waltz’s are more accessible, they are short and have nice melodies

Why are the rests in the ending measure written that way? Is it to match the rhythm of the first theme?
