Agreed, music is very clear and clean. Choice of marches was excellent. Under the Double Eagle, although one of my favorites, is a little tired. I've heard it every year for 35 years. Snares were extremely together. Sounded like one snare, no skittles or whatever your favorite term is for when they aren't 100% together (AZ State Director called it rocks on a barn door). Great job.
@@Drew_86 Under the double eagle is a little overplayed and so is Boys of the old brigade, but they always are nice to hear when marching season begins again.
@@hiddenwinter1676 they’re not that good, the marching is off and the band isn’t balanced, sometimes it’s trumpet heavy and then other times it’s low brass heavy, thus making the band not a good overall sound. In Cyrus the great the clarinets can’t be heard in their runs. And in st. Julian the trumpets are not tuned they are out of tune. I get they’re only in high school but still there are some really great players in that band
Always one of my favorite groups. Great job as usual. The playing and marching were both very clean and precise.
Facts, they aren't the best in the state for nothing.
