Hi Willy, I keep getting an IP address blocked through intrusion detection on my UDM Pro every 10 minutes. I created a firewall rule and created a profile of IP addresses that keep attempting this on my network. Every couple of days there will be a new IP address that tries to scan my network around every 10 minutes and they all trace back to Digital Ocean. Very concerned. Thanks for all the videos you put out.
Can you do a video on how to configure dual WAN connections? I’m curious to see if I could use them together for load balancing but also how it behaves if one goes down.
As of today, there's no option for load balancing; only for failover. It works flawlessly and is automatically setup when you connect another ISP to the WAN. I have AT&T 1Gig fiber for my primary WAN and Xfinity for my failover.
I have IoT devices from a company called Aqara that uses servers based in China. Is there a way to block all other Chinese traffic, except for the Aqara servers?
@@Moonraker11 is this accurate? The USG3 had 85mbps throughput however the UXG Pro is much much higher. I suspect you meant “yes” both gen 2 cloudKeys can manage the UXG
How much overhead does IPD/IDS entail. I've heard there is a huge performance hit when this option is activated.
Thanks for share, can you make a video about DPI of UXG Pro

IPS/IDS = DOS and/or DDOS protection?
Does it really need a CK Gen 2 Plus or can it run on just a CK Gen 2?
It can run on both but once Detect & Block is enabled, you are limited to 85 Mbps. The CK Gen 2 Plus just adds Protect to the CK Gen 2.
