I hate how she shrugged her off like it was no big deal. I was shocked but also not surprised to hear she hadn't called back in 2 days when she said she'd call when she got off work. Goes to show that Kara does not put other people's feelings into consideration. And to see her just hanging out with others without a care, while Tuca was worrying the whole time...just, hurt me. I felt that. Tuca deserved better for a first relationship.
the fact that tuca almost risked her life to make sure kara was okay, and kara was on this beautiful boat and didn't even think for a second that she should tell tuca she's okay or see if tuca's okay... it really just goes to show that she doesn't want to change, she just wants to find someone she can manipulate.
@UCh98dW5VUg5T8qmQsSipp5g she didnt even attempt to try and make sure Tuca was alive and safe. Utter piece of shit. Tuca needs somebody who loves her for her. Her uniqueness. Who will dance along with her like in the carnival episode. That was a beautiful scene that showed us Kara wasn't meant for her and what a beautiful friendship her and Bertie have.
@@zombieguy224 You seem to overlook the character development she has been going through all season. YES, she is responsible and chaotic. But as shown in her relationship with her sister and especially Kara that she is willing to adjust

@@alllittlethingzz I think the bartender was actually foreshadowing a thing we should have taken up as a warning when she mentioned Kara never replied to her.
Why do I feel like she was bullshitting every time her partners tried to be themselves and try to comprise and call Kara out she saw it has a victim mentality when it’s just trying to communicate with her
if someone has one or two shitty exes, fair, we've all had those. but if every single one of their exes was ~crazy~, maybe the exes aren't the problem.
Why do I have a feeling the Kara saga isn't over? She seems like the kind of person who would leave like a coward, but still try to control Tuca by love bombing her back in love again.
I wouldn't be surprised if Season 3 had something similar to the Pastry Pete storyline, residual emotional trauma even though that person isn't a direct part of Tuca/Bertie's life.
“I think there are people that help you become the person you end up being, and you can be grateful for them, even if they were never meant to be in your life forever.”
I love how we all hate Kara. And for exactly the same reason. Under her "I am soooo mature" facade she is just a controlling, manipulating narcissist that will seek an "easy" relationship aka any person she can eliminate their personality.. Meh....
Tiffany Haddish did some wonderful voice acting in this scene. She runs a gauntlet of emotions and her delivery for each is flawless. Also I love the pissed off looks on Birdie's face at 1:08 and 1:16. Those are "I will cut you bitch for hurting my best friend" level expressions. 😂😂
I was glad to see Tuca finally accept the truth about Kara, i mean i feel bad for her and all but still...and the signals that Kara gave made it perfectly clear even though they didn't break up verbally, you could tell by their body language that Tuca and Kara are over...in fact i say good f'ing riddance to Kara.
@@whitetspider82whitetspider78 Yeah like to resolve their issues even if they don't get back together. Or for Tuca to go off bc her anger would be justified. But I know that in real life, not everyone gets to reconcile so they just move on
Kara, showing the actions of a true coward: leaving without giving any explanation, just moving on without thinking on the damage left behind... Sorry, the whole scene brought back a bad memory.
Kara was so infuriating. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to verbalize the negative feelings she sparked in me or the terrible memories she reminded me of. I’m just glad Tuca realizes she’s worth so much more than Kara could’ve ever thought of her.
That's one of the reasons I love this show. It drags back bad memories by putting characters we love and root for in the same position, and it does it realistically too. Then, we see how the characters cope with what happened and push forward. It also never acts like the situation is "solved" or like it never happened, but it still lets the characters cope. It helps me to see characters I relate to because of what they and I went through, like Tuca's breakup, and see them being able to push through it. It makes me feel like I can push forward too.
I feel like Kara had to be talking to someone else or she just didn’t wanted to be involved with Tuca anymore but either way she should have called or text Tuca saying “this isn’t going to work out” instead of having Tuca literally go into the flooded sea to try to reach her
on one hand, sometimes people leave without explanation for their own sake or for both parties (if one or both are toxic) on the other, that is not what kara was doing. tuca asked to be treated as an equal and kara just dipped while there was a disaster going on.
Same. Your words amplified it But...it made me more irked than sad. Different than usual Guess I've stopped thinking about it too much... But it's also messing with me. Was I ghosted or was I just playing victim because I was being annoyingly overwhelming... I KNOW I am. I can accept that it wasn't the relationship for me, but it still...kind of hurts. And feeling that hurt makes me feel pathetic because I feel like I'm self-pitying and playing victim
I love how Tuca & Bertie can be so surreal but so grounded when it comes to conflicts. They could have EASILY done the whole friendship misunderstanding route, have a huge blowout, have a dramatic scene with kara and tuca, but they kept things grounded and so heartfelt. I'm so glad they showed how relationships work on a realistic level while still keeping that cartoonish surrealist edge. It's great how it can balance these two things so perfectly
What I love about this show and for this season is how they Betray LGBT+ couples they don’t glorify it like most medias do. Like making their relationship seem like hot or sexy, overall making them a perfect couple with zero consequences, or just putting a gay couple and just putting in just being “ gay” is the only personality they need. What I also love is that they show that even a gay person can also be in a toxic relationship. Instead of making it all Lovey-dovey or the only Consequence is that their Parents or love ones Won’t understand their love🙄. Well I do feel very sorry for Tuca. I do Generally love seeing Tuca and Kara relationship blossom into something that make the Audience thought it was going to be cute, perfect relationship into an actual toxic one. Just to show the audience that just because they are in a gay relationship and have a great back and forth that don’t mean it’s perfect relationship . Being in a gay relationship is no different then being in a straight relationship it can also have it also have its own mental or physical abuse. The only difference is that is that there is two guys or two female in the relationship. I love Tuca and Bertie and I can’t wait for the next season to come.
Fr I hate when media tries representing groups in super specific idealized ways. Always made me feel weird, like I'm not really who I am because I don't fit the exact form of what's expected.
@@ericantonian4926 I understand what you mean it’s like just because we are in a group don’t mean we all look, act, or think the same . This is what this show, tells use that we shouldn’t overly glorify any group regardless it’s big or small, but that don’t mean. We shouldn’t support it just as long it doesn’t hurt anyone at the end, and just remember that any group we still have a few bad apples in the basket.
I relate to Tuca so much in this moment. Her entire arc this season feels so personal, and she should never have to feel the way Kara made her feel. Thank goodness she has Bertie
I think most people have been here. We get into a relationship with a person we think is great, and we put our all into pleasing that person. Only to find that person is not a good person. And the relationship becomes toxic, and you can’t fix it no matter what you do. Tuca learned at tough lesson, but best believe she’ll be stronger from this, especially when she finds someone who treats her like a queen
i hope we see her again in season 3, im sorry but kara did NOT deserve to get away with it that easily, not even a word, just a shrug and a smile like tuca didn't matter to her enough to actually talk it out, just selfishly ignored her just cus she didnt what to flow with tucas dance. i hope next season she either sees tuca when she's at her best and rethinks her previous actions, or someone gives her a taste of her own medicine (hehe medicine because she's a nurse!)
We may see her again anyway since tucas aunt is in the same hospital kara works at (unless she gets moved to another hospital) with her aunts declining health, there might be an episode where the aunt tries to contact tuca or possibly a funeral episode?
I doubt Kara will see Tuca again, she doesn't look like the type to come crawling back and just beg to be taken back, but i do agree that it would be satisfying to see Kara get her heart broken so she knows how she made Tuca feel.
As someone who wants to go into medicine, hearing her fall back on that excuse was very annoying and I'm slightly scared that this is what people expect people in the healthcare field to be like.
Kara will keep manipulating and icing people until she inevitable finds "the one" that person who's self worth is completely outweighed by their fear of loneliness, people like her always do.
Tuca has shown that she is able to change herself for her partner, to make sacrifices and respect them as a person, while not being a pushover and having her boundaries. She will be able to find herself a partner and be in a happy relationships, while Kara's personal life will be an endless series of short romances where she will attract partners with superficial charm, then try and change them to be a dependent source of fulfillment of her emotional needs and break with them at the first demand of her partner to be equals, not leader and leaded.
@@breannabre8261 Nah, she wouldn't. She would stick to the next easily impressionable girl, who will become disillusioned quickly, then dump her and move to a next one, etc and etc. Kara doesn't need partner, she needs someone who can be played with and be molded easily, like a clay. Eventually, she will become old, lonely and bitter.
I'm glad that Bertie and Speckle just knew that Kara sucked right from the first impression. Unfortunately this was a slow burn for Tuca, and it sucked to see her get burned in the end. At least she can put Kara behind her now.
This scene broke my heart….I understand the pain Tuca felt in that moment. It reminded me of past relationships that I dealt with. I love this show so much.
A small part of me was really hoping Kara would change. Especially when she said she was glad tuca was being honest with her (or something along those lines) and when she said that kind of stuff happened in her past relationships. Really wanted tuca to get a happy ending
The one thing I don’t understand is why did Tuca go to the light house and when saw Kara on the boat why did she just stopped and looked away, like you wanted to see her I guess she was like “well I’m here so what do I say now”.
@@alllittlethingzz I think it's also in big part the fear of rejection. The fear of seeing the other being bothered just by seeing you. Deep down, Tuca knew Kara wouldn't be happy in any way to see her.
I was honestly expecting a lot more than a shrug from this crazy cartoon, but it was a real thinker on how much of an impact it had on Tuca herself. Instead of something crazy, we get to a serendipitous resolution where Bertie uses her therapist experience to have Tuca open up about the cups in the bathroom, especially the one the one that stood between them. Also Lighthouse keeping caught me off-guard. i never *HA* 'd so hard before
Poor Tuca😞 This is what makes this show so great. It introduces problems one experiences in real life and how they should be dealt with in a healthy manner all while maintaining some of that comedy.
Thank you Adult Swim for saving this gem of a show. I'm glad AS has a couple shows that aren't afraid to have serious/emotional moments. Which means they've come along way, because when Morel Oral tried it they were canceled because it got to "dark" for their liking. That pissed me off!
@@nas0518 never heard of Primal. Was it any good? And yes, I knew about Final Space. I've watched some clips from The Boondocks, but I'm surprised to hear that. I thought it was straight up comedy.
Best thing about Adult Swim is that they don’t waste any potential on their shows, especially when it’s a show they acquired that was cancelled by another network.
I knew Kara was going to ghost Tuca!!! I didn’t want to be right, but I was right 😭😭😭 Seeing that unearthed some very bad, very recent memories of being ghosted by a guy friend two years ago, six months after losing my grandmother…..☹️😞it DESTROYED me. I was already dealing with the loss of a grandmother, who was my best friend, and bam… six months after losing her, this happens. This sent me right into depression. I still have issues with depression. I cared about him a lot and it still hurts to this day and I know how she feels… First, you monopolize all of Tuca’s time, to where she really didn’t see her friends that much, you changed her ways of thinking, what she wore and how she acted, and gaslighted her when she SPOKE HER MIND, making her feel bad about being herself, now you ghost her because she just wanted you to meet her halfway and to listen to her? Screw you, Kara. Screw you. Ghosting is a horrible, awful, SHITTY thing to do to someone. Unless that person you ghosted was a crazed, psychopath, or a violent person, you shouldn’t do this. Anything else is better than just GHOSTING someone. Disappearing without a goodbye or a valid excuse, is AWFUL. Makes you not even want to date anyone ever again 😡😡Nobody deserves this kind of hell, Everyone deserves love and kindness. Even a bird like Tuca. Keep your head up, girl.
@@emmdear2337 I’m really sorry about that. It’s a tough thing to go through on your own. The best thing I could tell you to do in the way of advice is to pray(if you’re a religious person). Or talk to someone about it. You may have to go through therapy (there’s nothing wrong with it), but you’ll find that, in time, it gets a little better. It may not happen right away, but it will(eventually) get better. God Bless you.
I am so sorry that you had to pass through something so horrible. This show is so important because maybe some people think that this is an exaggeration, but this shit happens and there are shitty people like Kara. I hope that this cartoon can help people realize when they are in this kind of relationships and to be able to know that they are not the problem!! The problem is abusive people, you are all good enough and you are all valuable people ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I empathized with Tuca so much this season. She made mistakes when she was younger, and is genuinely trying to atone for them. If anything, it made her over compensate trying to make things work with a person who was clearly wrong for her. "No, no, see? It's gonna be great. I'm gonna make it work. I'm not a failure at love and relationships, I'll prove it!" Tuca does have it in her to be a loving, supportive partner. But all of that love is worthless if you focus it on someone who won't return it and care for your needs.
I know theres some karas right now watching this and seeing no problem with it and thinking that was the best move. Bruh being hurt sucks and this did the best way to show that initial reaction to being dumped. I definitely feel exposed by this shit and love that it still feels as serious as it is cartoonie

there's this detail at 0:45 that makes me even more mad at kara. if you pay attention, you can see that she actually *saw* tuca and just ignored her. her probably hoping she'd go away.
It was hinted at episode 5 this would happen and here we are. She should rather be happy that the "addiction" quit her when quitting the addiction was impossibility
I think this is the first time Tuca was interested on a long term relationship and for someone as free spirited like she being dumped is just devastating.....my heart is with her. ♥️
I can so relate to this... i was like Tuca, genuinely caring for someone even risking everything for them. But the narcissist couldn't appreciate my effort and made me feel its my fault. It sucks that there are people like Kara out there... sure she's charming at first and seems popular which made you think if she didn't like you, something IS wrong with you :/ im glad Tuca has Bertie to support her though. @@주지문-e7w The reality is though that the woman might not have the ability to actually leave due to their partner/spouse getting into their head through psychological charm caused not by just physical abuse, but as seen with Tuca and Bertie, mental abuse, emotional abuse or even psychological abuse. There’s also the possibility of financial abuse by the abuser that leaves their victims trapped with the abuser. And that’s just in the US. Am I correct in assuming you are from South Korea? I have heard in a lot of Asian countries (mostly Japan and a bit on China) that abuse isn’t even taken seriously by the police, who refuse to intervene due to it being seen as a “family matter” and that there aren’t a lot of resources available to domestic violence and/or abuse victims to help them leave the relationship, ensure that they and any children they have are able to safely leave, and that the abuser can’t find and harm them. There are also countries that even worse in term’s of women’s rights. Take Afghanistan as a perfect example. When the Taliban originally ruled from 1996-2001, they took away the right for women to be able to leave the house, go to school, or even be granted any protections what so ever (allowing men to do whatever they felt like to them).
In honesty I wish we could've seen more of Kara and Tuca's relationship. They only were together a few episodes, and it was clear by the second or third episode she was in it wasn't healthy. We could've got some more where Kara keeps 'claiming' to get better or making excuses and Tuca just sort of accepting it because she keeps 'promising', and it becoming more unhealthy- Kara starts to have Tuca see Bertie less and less, makes excuses for not wanting to do things Tuca would like, etc. I know we saw some of that stuff, but it feels sort of rushed to put her abusive behavior into only a couple episodes
I was in a short but traumatic relationship like that once, sometimes people like Kara don't give enough of a shit to stick around even just to manipulate you some more.
This is why kara will never find someone who will be with her in the end. She never takes how others feel into consideration. All she wants is for others to do what she wants. And on top of all of that, she is emotionally and verbally abusive and manipulative. That's not how a real relationship works, a real relationship takes effort on both people's parts, both have to be willing to compromise and both need to accept each other for who they are and dance to each other's rhythms. That's what a real relationship is.
I relate with Tuca way too much in this scene... After a long relationship breakup, i felt like i was the problem and not enough. Looking for season 3 already! :D
I relate to Tuca so much in this scene. Being ghosted, lied, and manipulated by a partner or a friend is the worst feeling. I’ve been ghosted, lied, and manipulated by so many people who were either people had a crush on and wanted to get to know them better before seeing if they’re the one, or just someone I try to be friends with. It’s been getting so bad to the point that I think I’m not worth anything to anyone, even with the friends I have, I feel like they’re better off without me and that I’m not worthy of them. And lately I’ve been thinking about either isolating myself from people or…..ending myself for the best.
Promise me that before you take that final step of "ending yourself," you will call a suicide hotline. Even if you think "this won't help, I'm just gonna do it anyway," put that one step between the final decision and staying on this earth. We need you.
I can’t stand how Kara just ignored Tuca and I’m sure she does it all the time when she’s at work or when she’s not busy Kara sucks and Bertie has been right about her all along and how the fact Kara just shurged it off and looked away from Tuca she could have just text Tuca and dump her from there but she had to ghost her for what and I just noticed how when Tuca called out to Kara the first time, Kara looked at her then when to play the bean bag game. 0:20did you guys see Tuca’s anut
Honestly I agree. Tuca and Bertie's been a breath of fresh air and it's proven to be capable of being both funny and mature. I feel like the backlash would be the same response if Bojack Horseman was put on AS because both shows are almost antithetical to the idea of R&M because both T&B and Bojack promote maturity and growth through struggle. In R&M we see the effects of hedonism and how lonely it can make you, but even though Rick is in an arrested state of adolescence and sad, he's cool because he's always right and look at all the crazy hijinks he can get into. It's also super weird because this season of Rick and Morty has just gotten stupider and more vapid compared to other seasons of the show.
Damn....I wasn't even surprised... she didn't even care about her feelings she saw her... she saw how worried and sad she was, never ever said sorry to her,and I know exactly how that is😞💔give your heart to someone who doesn't even care to throw away
For me, this was the most heart breaking scene of the series. Tucas sadness was so real. I feel bad for her, but I’m happy she has the chance to keep going. Especially when she has such a great friend in Bertie. Shout out to the writers for bringing to life these important situations so we can all learn and grow from them. Thank you Tiffany Haddish and Sasheer Zamata for delivering an amazing performance that depicts the importance of recognizing an abusive partnership. This show will help many people in similar relationships realize their true worth and know the difference between conditional and unconditional love- between toxic and healthy relationships. Cant wait for season 3. Thank you 💖🦩🦜🐦
Some people are like leaves on a tree. If the wind blows, they're over here, they're unstable. Blow the other way, they're over here. if seasons change, they wither and die, they're gone. But that's alright, that's some people. Most people in the world are like that. They're just there to take from the tree, they ain't there to do nothing but take and give shade every now and then. That's all they can do. But don't get mad at people like that, that's who they are. They ain't never gonna be nothing, that's what they put on this earth for, to be what they are: A LEAF. Some people are like a branch on that tree. You gotta be careful with them branches too because they'll fool you. They'll get there and make you think that they're a good friend and they're real strong. But the minute you step out there on them, they'll break and they'll leave you high and dry. But if you find two or three people in your life that's like the roots at the bottom of that tree, you are blessed because they're the kind of people who ain't going nowhere. They ain't worried about being seen, don't nobody have to know that they know you, they ain't got to know what they're doing for you. But if those roots weren't there, that tree couldn't live, you understand? A tree can have a hundred million branches but only a few roots down at the bottom to make sure it gets everything they need. I'm telling you, Sonny, when you get you some roots, you better hold on to them because the rest of them, you let them go. - Tyler Perry.
Being with someone who is emotionally unavailable can be so demoralising and make you feel so worthless. But once you realise your worth isn’t determined by your place in other peoples lives or your ability to make others happy, you’re so much better off.
I'm so glad they tackled this issue especially with a same sex couple this exact same situation happened with me last year and this plot gives me closure
Its really messed up getting ghosted =( I hope Tuca will find an awesome partner that will like her for who she is. I am wondering if the next season will further explore the brief relationship Tuca had with the winner of sex bus. She seemed down to earth, honest and cared about Tuca.
I went through something like this recently. I was friends with him for months before we got together. We talked nearly everyday, we hung out and played video game and went fishing at his house. I truly loved him but I told myself I’d never get into a relationship with him unless he asked me. He asked me. I thought my dream came true and I was so happy my good friend was now my boyfriend. I started planning dates and things we could do together. We both worked a lot but I still tried to be present in his life (of course not overbearing because everyone needs alone time). Then I found out my dog was dying a week later. Along with everything else in my life at the time I felt like my world was falling apart and I went to him for support but instead he started distancing himself from me. I tried talking to him two weeks later after being ignored, and he said I didn’t do anything wrong. When I asked if something happened he said no. I asked him why he didn’t respond to my message a week prior asking if he was okay and he said I just had nothing to say. I told him that the whole ghosting situation really hurt me. He never apologized, but promised me we could hang out later. That was two months ago. He ignores me and acts like none of that ever happened. I tried talking ti him again about it a few days ago but all I got was him making a joke out of it. I’ll never get the closure I want. I’ll never know why. But I think the betrayal I felt was one of the worst feeling. I trusted him and he was too much of a coward to tell me why
It's kind of sad, if you think about it, but realistic...Tuca didn't have a big dramatic fight with Kara nor an epic but sad "I'm breaking up with you" just...that...which is anti-climatic, yes, but somehow more realistic...and it makes the hurt worse.
This reminded me of that time when i just recovering from my lung infection and then my ex got hospitalised, i tried to reach out for him but he pushed me away, but i didn’t know, and then a week later he was partying and and stuff, i was like yeah..he was stressed, he just got out from hospitals. But then i realised that when i was hospitalised, he wasn’t there but when he was hospitalised i was there, i willingly to do something more then a bar minimum but he won't even do a single thing thats as low as bare minimum. So i broke up with him.
Yup reminds me of my ex. He'd ignore me for days, while I spent my days and nights crying and worrying if he was okay. And when he did text me, it was to say "yeah it's over". Nothing else. Not a I'm sorry I've been ignoring you, are you OK? Nope. A "it's over" text after being ignored for a week. Yeah. It hurts.
Is that Christina Pickles? If so I thought that voice sounded familiar. Also thought that's horrible way to break up I'm glad they did. Tuca deserved better.
Tuca didn’t deserve to be treated like that, nobody does. She deserves so much joy and happiness in her life. As for Kara, she deserves whatever Karma does to her and I don’t care what happens to her. 😡
Right now, I feel like Tuca. The person whom I have cared and appreciated for a long time ditched me and just because of a stupid discussion which could be fixed so easily, but he doesn't want to make his own part like me.
I think what gets me about this is that her ex and other people are literally in danger due to the flood, and Kara doesn't even try to help. OOF! That's cold.
at first i was glad tuca found someone after so long, but as the more episode came on my mind was thinking was kira toxic or controlling, and i was right, i eman at the last episode she didnt tried to have fun for tuca sake and she kept being too busy, but this episode oh boy, the face kira didnt call her made tuca worry so much, and with the flood, but what rally sold me about kira is this, why didnt she call tuca , she didnt look worry or anything, and that shrug then turn away is showing she dont really care fur tuca as tuca did for kira and the sad part is the reason tuca kept being kira girfrined is , she afraid she never find love ever again and kira is her last hope of love. kira is the toxic girl in the whole show, and i love how bertie tries her best to tell her how she really fell about kira
I just finished watching the episode. I'm glad it had a nice ending and I know that main characters in a show does not need to end up with anyone but I really do hope Tuca finds a romantic interest who deserves her love and attention, hopefully one who won't change her and finds her quirks and free spirited personality endearing and something to brag about
I know tuca deserves anyone who treats her better but I hope they bring back deli guy! They were cute and seemed relatable to tuca! Also I hope they bring back dakota for berties arc or something!
I think what kills me is the “Just give me one word! ONE WORD!” yet Kara wouldn’t even give her that barest minimum.

When someone gives the “my ex always played the victim” “my ex was crazy” etc. speech, they’re not telling the whole story.
Facts Kara left out how she was controlling and how she would ghost her ex’s
@@alllittlethingzz I think the bartender was actually foreshadowing a thing we should have taken up as a warning when she mentioned Kara never replied to her.
@@Whosaskin Right? It's all starting to make sense now.
And how she’s so controlling and rude
I think you're right...remember how she ignored Tuca while chatting with her "girls," only to run back to her when Tuca had enough and left?
I mean she didn't look happy when she looked at Toca maybe she feels bad about it
I wouldn't be surprised if Season 3 had something similar to the Pastry Pete storyline, residual emotional trauma even though that person isn't a direct part of Tuca/Bertie's life.
I wouldn't be surprised if she tried to made a comeback as soon as Tuca finally heals and moves on from her.

I love how we all hate Kara. And for exactly the same reason. Under her "I am soooo mature" facade she is just a controlling, manipulating narcissist that will seek an "easy" relationship aka any person she can eliminate their personality.. Meh....
The first we meet her, she's neglecting Tuca's aunt's needs.
All my homies hate Kara
Tiffany Haddish did some wonderful voice acting in this scene. She runs a gauntlet of emotions and her delivery for each is flawless.

I feel like Kara had to be talking to someone else or she just didn’t wanted to be involved with Tuca anymore but either way she should have called or text Tuca saying “this isn’t going to work out” instead of having Tuca literally go into the flooded sea to try to reach her
on one hand, sometimes people leave without explanation for their own sake or for both parties (if one or both are toxic)
on the other, that is not what kara was doing. tuca asked to be treated as an equal and kara just dipped while there was a disaster going on.
Same. Your words amplified it
But...it made me more irked than sad. Different than usual
Guess I've stopped thinking about it too much...
I agree with you
However, I feel the need to say that it should be 'portray' not 'betray' in that first part there :'y

"glorify"??
I relate to Tuca so much in this moment. Her entire arc this season feels so personal, and she should never have to feel the way Kara made her feel. Thank goodness she has Bertie
I think most people have been here. We get into a relationship with a person we think is great, and we put our all into pleasing that person. Only to find that person is not a good person. And the relationship becomes toxic, and you can’t fix it no matter what you do. Tuca learned at tough lesson, but best believe she’ll be stronger from this, especially when she finds someone who treats her like a queen
Like the queen she is
I didn’t like Kara
i hope we see her again in season 3, im sorry but kara did NOT deserve to get away with it that easily, not even a word, just a shrug and a smile like tuca didn't matter to her enough to actually talk it out, just selfishly ignored her just cus she didnt what to flow with tucas dance. i hope next season she either sees tuca when she's at her best and rethinks her previous actions, or someone gives her a taste of her own medicine (hehe medicine because she's a nurse!)
We may see her again anyway since tucas aunt is in the same hospital kara works at (unless she gets moved to another hospital) with her aunts declining health, there might be an episode where the aunt tries to contact tuca or possibly a funeral episode?
She's a nurse? I had no idea!
Looking forward to Bertie vs Kara WWE fight
I think what sucks the most about the break up is that you know Kara is going to say Tuca was playing the victim like she did with her other exes.
Kara will keep manipulating and icing people until she inevitable finds "the one" that person who's self worth is completely outweighed by their fear of loneliness, people like her always do.
Sigh. Why is this accurate asf.
It's so terrifying to think about, but you're 100 percent right.
Yup! Kara will beg her to come back
@@breannabre8261 Nah, she wouldn't. She would stick to the next easily impressionable girl, who will become disillusioned quickly, then dump her and move to a next one, etc and etc. Kara doesn't need partner, she needs someone who can be played with and be molded easily, like a clay. Eventually, she will become old, lonely and bitter.
Oh yeah, it looks like Kara doesn't know how to consider other's feelings and uses her job as an excuse for it.

The venom in Bertie's voice when she insults Kara is so cathartic
I empathized with Tuca so much this season. She made mistakes when she was younger, and is genuinely trying to atone for them. If anything, it made her over compensate trying to make things work with a person who was clearly wrong for her. "No, no, see? It's gonna be great. I'm gonna make it work. I'm not a failure at love and relationships, I'll prove it!"
Tuca does have it in her to be a loving, supportive partner.

The fact that Kara heard Tuca calling her since the beggining and was still ignoring her makes me >:(
It was hinted at episode 5 this would happen and here we are.
Honestly Kara being a nurse shouldve been the FIRST red flag on its own
Damn, this show knows what's up. I am so glad this got a third season.
I love that she put her pieces right back in after they fell out, I was close to crying when I saw Birdie do that.
It’s not the writers’ fault. They’re barely given any episodes from the network execs.
This hurts to watch. Tuca literally crossed an ocean for someone who wouldn't even step over a puddle for her.
Tuca really deserves better.
Yes she does.
That's what a real relationship is.
the ending to this ep was beautiful, can't wait for the next season

But then i realised that when i was hospitalised, he wasn’t there but when he was hospitalised i was there, i willingly to do something more then a bar minimum but he won't even do a single thing thats as low as bare minimum. So i broke up with him.
In Season 3 I hope we see Kara again so Tuca can remind her how much of a terrible person she was last season
Or have her get run over by a car
Does anyone see the irony of Kara being a seagull?
No, why?
@@Desmaad Kara is a seagull. Birds that often eat trash and steal food left out by humans, and she is a nurse.
@@JeremysBlackWalMartBouncer Tuca isn't trash.
@@Desmaad I never said Tuca is trash. I was talking about seagulls in irl.
Yeah. It hurts.
Awww Tuca...💔💔💔💔
Kara’s such a scumbag. The least you could do is break up over text even if that’s also rude. Tuca deserves better.
Is that Christina Pickles? If so I thought that voice sounded familiar.
Also thought that's horrible way to break up I'm glad they did. Tuca deserved better.
I think Tuca & Bertie have the kind of friendship people want Ena & Moony to have.
Tuca didn’t deserve to be treated like that, nobody does. She deserves so much joy and happiness in her life. As for Kara, she deserves whatever Karma does to her and I don’t care what happens to her. 😡
Kara was a bad person. I'm honestly glad they ended it off. Tuca deserves better.
Tuca really deserved better. I hope Tuca get back at Kara for that shit. I can wait season 3 coming soon in 2022.
Right now, I feel like Tuca. The person whom I have cared and appreciated for a long time ditched me and just because of a stupid discussion which could be fixed so easily, but he doesn't want to make his own part like me.
Anyone else hoping Tuca and the deli guy eventually try to go out again?
I know exactly how tuca feels i just had that happened to me on my birthday this march.. But i have someone now who loves me for me
Tuca really didn't deserve this...
I think what gets me about this is that her ex and other people are literally in danger due to the flood, and Kara doesn't even try to help. OOF! That's cold.
“They’re is always a beautiful sunshine at the end of every storm.”
at first i was glad tuca found someone after so long, but as the more episode came on my mind was thinking was kira toxic or controlling, and i was right, i eman at the last episode she didnt tried to have fun for tuca sake and she kept being too busy, but this episode oh boy, the face kira didnt call her made tuca worry so much, and with the flood, but what rally sold me about kira is this, why didnt she call tuca , she didnt look worry or anything, and that shrug then turn away is showing she dont really care fur tuca as tuca did for kira and the sad part is the reason tuca kept being kira girfrined is , she afraid she never find love ever again and kira is her last hope of love. kira is the toxic girl in the whole show, and i love how bertie tries her best to tell her how she really fell about kira
I just finished watching the episode. I'm glad it had a nice ending and I know that main characters in a show does not need to end up with anyone but I really do hope Tuca finds a romantic interest who deserves her love and attention, hopefully one who won't change her and finds her quirks and free spirited personality endearing and something to brag about
2:14 the ghost of Tuca and Kara's relationship died as soon as it was born
Such a shame. They started out good, but the red flags started piling up. Tuca deserves better.
Don't you dare to end the season with this. gonna get high tonight. this show is so trippy
I know tuca deserves anyone who treats her better but I hope they bring back deli guy! They were cute and seemed relatable to tuca! Also I hope they bring back dakota for berties arc or something!
I felt Tuca's pain here. The heartache hurts but she's better off without her
re-watching season 2 its a lot easier to see the red flags in the things Kara says..
Honestly this one hits home.
