I just found it humorous that you subjected it to a dryer test. it makes a lot of sense because what could simulate getting tossed around a truck bed any better. it was just funny to look up and see it in a dryer. your videos are as entertaining as they need to be. for myself, I will never need this product but it is still cool to learn about it.
I bought one used it next day in -20 C weather it was level at first I had to do something else so I turned it off came back an hour later now it won't level again it says that it is level but I am out 1 foot on 40 feet tested a few different ways and in warm buildings
Oh they took it back no problem they will either give me the money back or replace whatever I decide I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced any other problems or if it was just one out of a 1000

great laser! shows the detector 5cm scale up or down in display with numbers like hilti or bosch laser detector does? sorry im in metric country
The detector that comes with it does not give you display numbers. It is a basic detector.

This is one of the reasons we hate to say the MSRP. They list MSRP at $1,750 but it is for sale all over for $1,299....

Bought one today 10/03/2018 watched this vid last week and got hooked.....I mean got one lol

Jon Driedger Might need to be returned and replaced. This tool is not cheap and that is not a good way to start ownership.
I am thinking it is really for outdoor applications. Dewalt has other lasers for indoors.
robalan57 The rotary speed is adjustable for indoor or outdoor use.Dewalt made this for all around use.
It is really for outdoors. DeWalt has other lasers for indoors that are thinner and easier to see.

Jon Driedger do you know if the laser will self track to the detector when using the slope function or if you must manually slope it
