Intentional murder by vehicle, yet the police union said it's not right to charge the trooper. Glad the AG is doing the right thing, prayers to the young man, others need to be charged with being physically assaulting him during cuffing the young man that added to injuries.

    -The gas pedal got stuck.
-The steering wheel suddenly turned toward the suspect.
-A dog ran in front of the officers vehicle, causing him to swerve.
-It started to rain and the wipers wouldn’t work properly making it impossible to see out the front windshield.
-The officer was drinking a hot coffee, spilling it on his hand causing severe pain and temporary loss of motor skills.
-A bird flew in front of the vehicle, blocking the view therefore making it impossible to see the running suspect.
-The officers wife texted him she was in labor, so the officer tried to make a quick u-turn accidentally hitting the suspect.
I’m trying to figure out which one the police union will use next to exonerate the officer charged.🤔🤨

“…when the vehicle detective Keely was driving, turned and struck….”
I’m glad you are charging him. Thank you!
But, that sentence was extremely misleading. Detective Keely drove/steered/directed the vehicle towards and struck Mr. Sterling, pinning/crushing him between the vehicle and the brick wall, before backing up. The vehicle did not turn itself. (I felt this needed to be corrected).
The vehicle didn’t turn… The officer that was operating the vehicle steered towards and struck Mr. Sterling! There is an astronomical difference.
❓Q: Is it now legal in Michigan (the state in which I live) for police officers to use their vehicle to chase an individual suspected of a crime as he is on foot and (second part of my question)…are they now allowed to ram said vehicle into/run over/pin the suspect?
“ …it’s important to note that a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until proven guilty in a court of law”.
❓Q: Doesn’t Mr. Sterling have that same right? Shouldn’t he only have been executed if and when he was proven guilty in a court law? - and the sentence given, was death?

They were gonna uphold some anti second amendment, rogue gun law against this man. The cops in pursuit were in the process of being domestic enemies. Per the second amendment, he had every right to possess a fire arm. If he was found guilty of stealing a car in 2017, they should have exercised the 13th amendment against this criminal and fed him cicadas, but the LAW failed to apply the 13th amendment and he came out of jail unbroken. Probation was not the solution, it was the problem. All around, a complete failure of government and now those who enable the government, the piglets, they must be held accountable for their crimes and failure to uphold the oath they took to the US constitution. If the government officials who passed illegal gun laws are not arrested by the police for their illegal actions, i do not feel sorry for the time the overlords press charges against them for killing a man who was running and quite frankly, likely had self defense rights. Rights the police were more than happy to take away from him for a paycheck. Better to eat donuts than be domestic enemies. They need to charge all of the other cops as accomplices now. They were all in on the crime together. Did they once at all ask themselves, why was this man charged for a having a gun? We took an oath to make sure people can have guns. Did they ask themselves, should we arrest the people who passed these illegal laws? The cops were not thinking, but hopefully this helps you think…

EVERY reasonable Rational, Mature adult with an adult mind and I must mention an adult emotional stability knows you have to comply to the police. So once again I'll ask what are we doing charging this trooper with murder.!? POLITICAL MOVE. Some one wants to show how righteous and fair they are! What a farce. So once again keep doing this and all we'll have are bad cops because all the good ones won't work some where they can charge you for murder for doing your job. THEN you'll all wake up to reality of what bad cops really look like.

One was charged and the one in the other case wasn't, that's where I'm confused, they both hit and killed a kid that was running from the law
