half a pot of water
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
pinch of paprika
1 bay leaf
1 tooth of garlic
1 medium carrot
half of green pepper
half of an onion
one bunch broccoli
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1.5 pounds(lbs) of meat cut into cubes
Optional:
parsely or dill for taste
