Still he can inject some elements of french cooking in chinese cooking, to make it more classy and "efficient " in cooking.

今日试整鱼饼：发现卷鱼饼好难。用保鲜纸整鱼肠时实在是太难不混入空气了，一煮就会见到很多气泡。
虽然卷得唔好，但煮好都可以成型，煮好冷藏再切片，刚刚煎好的时候非常美味。感谢食谱！
