I feel like you should ask Kart Krew if this can be put into the next Ring Racers patch because it's so much of a drive to it by progressing into the more energetic percussion.
This sounds like they don't play with time travel and combine several ideas, like the melody of the past in the 0:34 or the beginning of the good future at the end
