    These initial exercises are ok, but the following are very demanding, but they are excellent for preventing falls and fractures. Very good, like the pdf, it saves us time. Thank you and have a nice week.

    Don't forget don't just work on your affected leg. Over the years I have paid a lot of attention to my AFFECTED leg. My lousy leg has gotten a lot stronger and my good leg is weaker. Remember work both sides.

      You are so right bc my therapist just told me she thinks my affected side is stronger than my non affected side so thanks for saying that!

    Hello Dr. I love all your leg exercises but I am unable to use my arm as I had high grade rotator cuff tear in right
    arm 2yrs back.I really need help to recoup from it to.Yes I don't have good balance of legs.Please help.

    I am following your videos since month I try to do every possible exercise which you show but currently I am unable to even stand alone I am affected by multiple sclerosis

    Could you speak to, or do a video, about....Kinesio taping is a technique that may be effective to retrain the brain and muscles to reduce shoulder subluxation
