Good afternoon who said we worry about this when inheritance thieves are stealing our homes with the DIY RLT?

I was thinking of retiring in Pennsylvania because they’re building a lot of lovely new homes there until I found out about the inheritance tax so my question is if I leave my bank accounts in another state pay upon death are they subject to Pennsylvania’s inheritance tax
