    Minute 1:38-1:39.
Sprinkle drops of water on both sides of the chicken breast before covering it with parchment paper. You'll find your chicken won't tear when pulling back the paper or cling wrap.

Short and to the point. Unique how you roll up the chicken into a Swiss roll kinda thing

I went and did Japanese Chicken Katsu Curry and completely messed it up. Went and put the full chicken in and it wasnt fully cooked as it was still raw when I cut it up. My mom told me about the butterfly 🦋 technique so I did that and coated the other side. The result and presentation was average but next time I will keep this in mind!

It’s just a chicken breast everyone calm down, called a butterfly. Makes it easier to bread the whole thing and cooks much faster.

Very nice .. but what I notice often is the breast underneath is usually messy and when I pound the bottom side looks odd or scraggly so I have to cut off lots to get a nice uniform piece .. any thoughts ?

For someone using their favourite quote to virtue signal their "superior intelligence", it's interesting that you don't seem to know that people rarely will listen to your point if you shove it down their throats, and you will always have better reception if you have a genuine conversation.
