Oh yes had a few days like this looking for Deer and felt like jacking it in, but always took atleast 1 pic as a reminder and ten knew no, not giving it up, I enjoy the walk if nothing else. All the best.
Trond, wonderful photos at the end of the video. I must also say you do a wonderful job editing your videos. It's always a pleasant experience to watch your adventures.
Hey Trond, it's been a while since I posted a nature video.... not because of lost interest or giving up.... I have been trying to record new videos involving some new and old interests.... Video is tough while doing projects i want to share. I so enjoyed the mouse photos! It goes to show everything can be fun and interesting! I always look forward to your videos! Greg
Thank you so much Angela! I was really lucky to have a window of good weather while I was at my cabin. But rain the other weeks. Good spirit! Keep it up.
Hi Trond beautiful images of the mouse and the nuthatch there aren't many people who could turn a negative into a positive, until next time take care and stay safe my friend
An impressive adventure dear friend. That place is truly wonderful, without a doubt I would like to visit it one day and be able to photograph and film all that nature. Thank you for sharing all these efforts. Greetings
We have one that I have photographed along woodland streams in this area. We call them the Ebony Damselfly. About two inches long, metallic green body and black wings. They perch horizontally. BTW, I suspect that you will begin to see more beaver activity deeper into the fall season. Young ones have left their home and started to explore other territory to establish their own home and begin to build dams. Next spring will be time to start their own family. I do enjoy watching your activities and I admire your photography, Trond. Love your mouse pictures. Really well done. And remember this, a good year for mice is a good year for predators and possibly new and exciting photo opportunities.
Anyone else know this feeling of going out time after time without a single image on you memory card ? 😅
👋🥲 In my region looks like biodiversity is decreasing. Dry land, monoculture, hunters and dummy politics.
@@aguaemfogo3358 Ohh...not good. Sad to hear.

All the time, but mice are wildlife too. It is the getting out there that is important!
@@EnidAgnusDei The walk is always good indeed. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much!
Dragonfly is called the blue glitter (Modri bleščavec - Calopteryx virgo)! In our country (Slovenia) they are found along rivers and swamps.
Thanks man!
In the U.S., we call the iridescent blue damselfly an ebony jewel wing.
In Deutschland heißt diese Libelle "Blauflüglige Prachtlibelle". Ein wunderschönes Insekt! 😊👋🏻
I just spent 16 minutes watching Tron photograph a mouse……….anyone else.
Not complaining……..but a MOUSE😂
Haha.....I figured they deserved a place in photography world as well ;) Thanks for watching :)

How do you prepare for ticks? You walk through thick brush. Near Chicago, Illinois, I would be covered with ticks walking through similar brush.
Normally I check myself when coming home. I found that tick spray do not work.
