Thank you so much man, really appreciated. A tip: if MiFlash gives your error when trying to install drivers, just create the folder and the file that give the error (it is written on the window that pops up) and then re open the program.

Hi. I have a Mi9T (global) and since the newest MIUI 12.1.4 I couldn't make calls, cause the speaker stopped working and even the 3.5mm jack. But even before, since MIUI 12.0.9, the auto brightness, proximity sensor, screen rotation stopped working. So I tried to unlock and flash it with MIflash tool and install older MIUI 12.0.9, which is the latest stable ROM. Something went wrong, and Since then I'm on fastboot screen which is in constant loop. I cant even turn phone off anymore. How did this guy help you? With this video or with teamviewer?

Damn, I just solved it. For me, I was stuck in the MIflash2020 3-14-0 tool, and if you know what I mean, you too downloaded lots of MIUI ROMs for your device to your PC, be it Global or EEA or other, and you always got red error instead of green success in the end, right? You probably changed the flash.all file in "Images" folder and edited it and deleted "crclist" or "getvar" lines there and nothing worked. You were desperate like me. Tried all, yet you don't even know what TWRP or bootloader or EDL or ADB are...like me. Then I see a video where a guy just deleted a part of the ROM folder name from
"davinci_eea_global_images_V12.0.5.0.QFJEUXM_20210416.0000.00_10.0_eea"
and left the folder like this "davinci_eea_global" (so just the beginning of the name)
Then on the fastboot screen on my Mi 9T, where I was stuck for 2 days and couldn't turn the phone off or anything basically (just the Chinese rabbit with the android bot logo were showing) connected it to PC, opened Miflash2020, added the "davinci_eea_global" with the "select" button, ran the "flash" button and after like 4 minutes, it was a "success". I really don't get why just changing the folder name of the MIUI ROM for your phone made this difference, but for me it did. 30 minutes ago I was desperate for 2 days, then right after writing the first comment, it just worked. so fricking weird. Before, I used the same ROM, but with its full name.
I actually downloaded like 50GB worth of MIUI ROMs for my Mi 9T, and nothing worked. I downloaded MIUI 11, then 12.0.5, 12.0.9 (several version of global and EEA), also and older 12.0.4 and 0.3 and NOTHING worked.
then I read horror sentences like if you have a locked bootloader you cant do it without a special xiaomi account etc...Damn, I was sweating bullets. And then a 3 minute video solved it. This should be it: ruclips.net/video/VSIycHdPB-Q/видео.html
There is a high chance this wont help you, or you have another issue. I just wanted to roll back from the 12.1.4 which ruined my phone, to the 12.0.5 which worked well. And I got stuck on fastboot and couldn't do anything. Then I tried the 12.0.9, which still the proximity sensor and auto brightness don't work, but now I'm scared to try to go even further to 12.0.5 :P

Hello, I bought a redmi k20 with a custom rom, so i was looking for a stock rom for my device (redmi k20 chinese version) and i founded a lot of roms, but there's two types of roms where i found, the fastboot type and the recovery type i really don't know the difference between them, can you help me?
recovery roms can be flashed using twrp and fastboot roms from pc.
I've flashed pixel exp+ with immensity kernel, so will flashing custom mi rom via mi flash tool will change the kernel nd other stuff to stock?? Also flash via this route changes everything to stock?like the refresh rate files or the sound nd modem in the dtbo??

I did what was exactly instructed but one thing was wrong. It showed an "error" in the result and still booted the phone. Btw i chose clean all option. I was thinking will there be a possible "wrong" in what i ddid ?

Hi. I'm avoiding to do this method. My phone keeps on getting stuck at boot animation. I tried flashing Masik P rom and MortalOS on my MI9TPRO coming from Evolution X. I already clean flashed the roms but they are still giving me the same result. I also tried flashing the vendor and magisk but same result. I also get stuck at boot animation. If you have any solution I'd want to try them first before doing this tutorial you have. Hope to hear form you soon!

hello my friend I do have a question, I just changed my screen with a one from Ali express, then I just realized when I already installed the new screen on my phone that the new Screen cannot be run with the MIUI 12 that is why I would like to downgrade my Xiaomi Mi 9t pro, do you think that I only need to to put on my phone in fastboot or do I also need to do something extra into the internal settings of my phone? by the way, I am also wondering if I can upgrade my phone manually after I do have the MIUI on my phone, and If I do that the screen is going to be able to be used or not again?

If your bootloader is unlocked just put the phone in fastboot and downgrade it using mi flash tool as shown in the video. But remeber all these things have their own share of risks so read up before you do anything
