Chinese fighters for the ring need to do pushups, chinups or pullups. Do the crawl walk, climb up trees, rope climbing, rock climbing to build up upper body strength and arm strength. Also, check reaction time of fighters. Those with slow reaction time, urge them to retire as they will lose as they are too slow.
