    Just made some loofah soap after watching lots of videos and deciding you had the best method. YES, it was so much better that I expected. Thanks

    Oh, and by the way you're totally going to blow up as far as this channel.... It's literally just going to take off one day I just know it :-)
    *not that you asked my opinion, but...I would use hashtags in your description box especially when you're doing certain processes I would # that process. people searching for DIY soaps, or CP soap techniques- etc will find your videos easier. I'm telling you, you've got something good here!

    My 7yr old is growing luffas this year to make soap for NEXT Christmas... this girl is on it! Any recommendations of what is the "best" option for a kiddo project with luffa?

    • @MrsSoapAndClay
      @MrsSoapAndClay  3 года назад +2

      Melt and pour loofahs are a great starting point for 7 year olds!

      Katie from royalty soaps has a whole series on a playlist that goes over the soap making process in amazing detail to help new people prepare for and complete their first batch. It’s definitely worth the watch if you want to start making cold process 😊

    Another thing going on in my brain.... “why did I dip the whole thing into the soap batter if half of it was gonna stick out???? whatre you doing bro???”

    • @MrsSoapAndClay
      @MrsSoapAndClay  4 года назад +1

      Ha! I mean, you could have cut it beforehand. But that’s a pain, so whatevs.

    Hi there, sounds like a stupid question...😅 Does your oven fit the whole PVC pipes standing up? did you cut them to fit in your oven? Thank you! I tried making mine with soak sponges however they were too wet still and completely ruin my own batch...😂

    Why didn't you talk about the mold you used? I'd like to know how to make it.

    • @MrsSoapAndClay
      @MrsSoapAndClay  4 года назад +1

      The mold is from brambleberry- just a standard column mold. You can also grab a piece of pvc pipe cut to your desired height from the hardware store - I use the 3” pvc and freeze the mold to allow for easier release. :)

      @@MrsSoapAndClay Yes I was thinking PVC from the hardware store but what about the base?

    • @MrsSoapAndClay
      @MrsSoapAndClay  4 года назад +1

      They sell pvc caps - same section as the pipes! You can have them cut them to size at the store as well. :)
