It doesn’t work on iOS devices bc all browsers use the same engine as Safari (this is a requirement by Apple) and the effect isn’t supported in Safari.
I found the way of explaining to be a pure brainrot with a lot of filler text -- "this fluid framer effect is an effect that runs in framer like a liquid" and similar. There's nowhere close to 21mins of content here.
