There are sooo many details and infos that Vivzie and her crew shared, I'm sure the comments are full of that hehe... But yeah, the Sinners are humans in Hell, but there are people like Charlie that were born in Hell and live here : Helluva Boss, the kinda sibling show of Hazbin Hotel, takes a deeper dive on this subject, I strongly recommend it to you !! Always love seeing this show and just how the animation is done, the cartoon style, the different drawings and the voice actors ?? Gold, pure gold. Fun Fact about Hazbin Hotel and characters (to my knowledge) Since Heaven has impossible high standards, humans mostly end up in Hell. Pride Ring is the only place where sinners can live, they can't go to other Rings. Most of the sinners change their names upon rebirth in Hell. Lucifer, Charlie's father, is said to love Charlie but isn't a good father and doe's support her dreams. Lilith is Charlie's mother. In some stories, Lilith was actually a first woman who was made from same clay as Adam. But she didn't to be submited and wanted equal rights as Adam. Become of her defiance, God banished her, turning her into a demon and replaced her with Eve, who was made from Adam's rib, to be submitting. Charlie and her dad have angelic wings. Alastor was a serial killer from New Orleans and died in 1933. It is believed he was killed by hunter that mistaken him for a deer and was mauled by huters dogs. While he is radio demon, he is a deer sinner as well. Alastor never stops smiling (he cant) since he believes frowning is weakness. He can speak broke French. He is Asexual Angel Dust real name is Anthony. He lived in New York with his mob family and most of them are in Hell. He has older brother, Arackniss (that his sinner name) and a twin sister Molly (real name) who is theorised to be in Heaven. His family has spider demon form due to their "web of crimes" and most have drug themed names. He died in 1947, due to overdosing on PCP, also known as Angel Dust, hence his namesake in hell. He is gay, but will reluctantly have sex with women and charge extra. He quickly got involved in sex work and would later become biggest porn star in Hell. Working for moth sinner Overlord Valentino who is abusive towards him. He is Italian origin's. He has pet pig called Fat Nuggets whom he adores. He is also a big fan of fish. Angel Dust is feminine and would dress as such. That why some mistake him for female. Vaggie's real name is Vagatha. She died in 2014. Its theories that she committed suicide. She is a moth sinner. She is Salvadoran and tends to vent her frustrations in Spanish. She is said to be great dancer. Husk died in 1970. He was born and raised in Las Vegas. Niffty is said to have died in 1950's. She mistake Angel Dust for women as she refuses to believe that men can be feminine.
I've been watching a lot of people reacting to Helluva Boss/Hazbin Hotel recently and you are BY FAR my favorite. I feel like the reason Alastor came to the Hazbin Hotel, is because he wanted to make Charlie believe that he is not so evil, so that he can manipulate Charlie into making a deal with him, so that he gains even more power over her, to potentially gain control over Lucifer, and take over all of Hell, or destroy it completely.
Hmmm that would make for an interesting plot for the series, but I think Alastor may be not full on antagonist in the show? I feel like they might go in a different direction for him, but really looking forward to potential interactions between Alastor and Lucifer 👀
As far as I can tell, the symbols surrounding Alastor are designed to resemble the veve of what is presumably Louisiana Voodoo but don't match any specific ones I can find. (That's presumably to avoid religious offense and cultural appropriation, but the aesthetic is very much correct.) He makes at least one other reference originating in the African diaspora in Louisiana, which reinforces the connection. The creator has stated that he's mixed-race Creole from New Orleans, but that's outside of the pilot.

Just to make some things clear, here's Hell's hierarchy: 1. Lucifer & Lilith(and Charlie?) 2. 7 sins(Mammon - Greed, Asmodeus - Lust, ect...) each has their own ring in hell 3. Goetia(I'm not really expert so idk alot about them) 4. Sinners(people who went to hell after death, they all live on the ring of Pride and cannot visit other rings) 5. Imps, born in hell and you could say they're lower class 6. Hellhounds, lowest in hierarchy if I'm not mistaken(viewed as "pets" by many) Again, I'm not an expert so I'm pretty sure I missed some species between Sinners and imps. Also, it's not a power level, just status in general, so not all hellhounds are on the bottom of society, for example.
I genuinely love that it seems there has been some real thought on the worldbuilding of this version of hell, keeping in mind the seven deadly sins and all, can't wait to get more into them! Definitely a lot of potential for so many stories. Thank you! 🙌

By the way the demon on the right of the screen at 9:42 is an early version/maybe cameo of Blitz∅ (i tried to find the letter but could only find this symbol it's basically a slashed "o" because "the O is silent"), the main character from the other series made by Vivziepop, "Helluva Boss". It canonically takes place in the same hell and at the same time as Hazbin Hotel, so despite being a different design, Blitz∅'s presence at that news station might have been canon. On that note, if you liked Hazbin Hotel, you might enjoy Helluva Boss. There's a lot of humor and good character development... And a LOT of musical moments. There's some episodes with 3 entire songs in them :0

Definitely need to check out “Addict” Then you have to do a watch of “Helluva Boss”. It’s all in the same universe, but follows the crazy story of some of the natural born denizens of Hell. As opposed to ‘sinners’ who were once human and were sent there after death. It is insane, hilarious, and raunchy; but also heartfelt and emotional.
Some very important notes about the world itself (no spoilers, just small things to keep in mind. -The horned halo things at the first song are indeed angels according to the creator, they are called the Exorcists. we know very little about them other than their faces are apparently LED masks. we will most likely learn more about them when the series finally fully comes out. -Helluva boss is amazing, and is currently on season 2 right now, Helluva boss focuses way more on expanding the lore of Hells native species (Please keep this in mind whenever you watch it, Hellborn demons were born in hell and weren't sent to it as any form of punishment, they get to live their own lives in their own world, something a lot of reactors never figure out or think about.) -The only other thing i'd mention about the world itself to keep in mind is that hell is divided into 7 areas known as Rings. Hazbin Hotel takes place entirely in the Pride ring, because, according to the show's creator, Sinners CANNOT leave Pride. The other 6 rings of hell are explored more in Helluva boss, and because of that, i won't be talking about them. just something about the world itself to keep in mind, because its another aspect that isn't really talked about *That* much, but if you know to keep your eyes and ears out for it, you'll learn a bit more. And that's everything non-spoiler related i can say about the world! there's a few more things that i could mention that aren't really spoilers either, but it'd be best to wait until you actually have seen some of helluva boss before then. Welcome to Hell.

Once you get to watching Helluva Boss, a thing to note: it also has a Pilot episode, which isn't canon anymore - but also is? The characters themselves and important lore details and events were significantly changed for the actual show, but a few elements of the Pilot do get referenced here and there. My personal recommendation is to start with Episodes 1-3 to get an accurate first impression of the characters and setting, then slot in the Pilot to get that extra context with the knowledge of which parts don't really make sense anymore.

I would love to see you react to Ted Lasso. I've only seen the first season so far but I absolutely loved it and I think you would too. All the acting is amazing, the writing is amazing, the themes are amazing and it's extremely funny.
As a newcomer I must say fantastic reaction and I love all the edits adding to the experience both the fun stuff and also noticing small details, I can't wait for you to watch Helluva boss as it's also great and also has a ton of background details that I can't wait for you to spot. Also Helluva boss's pilot is no longer canon however it is an interesting watch that I highly recommend as some details are still important. I will put what you may consider spoilers in () however some of the info is never stated in the shows so learning it can be important but you decide. If you do read them please tell me how you rate them as spoilers, if it is the type of info you want to see or not for future comments. Something interesting is you can actually spot the early designs for some of Helluva Boss's characters in this pilot as they were originally going to be part of Hazbin but they along with others were cut. I don't know how to say their names without being light spoilers so skip ahead if you want, (9:38 Blitz's early design bottom right, 10:49 the white wolf that's the character that Loona would be based on, 12:10 around here in the cut boo section is Moxxie's shadow). A big problem I have with Hazbin and Helluva is that some of its info is not within the shows and so it's a hard line between saying something that's a spoiler and saying it so you're not confused. An example that you did figure out on our own is that Charlie's dad is Lucifer however that is not stated anywhere in the pilot, however more info on him I would consider spoilers like the family dynamic has been stated. Another example is stuff to do with the Sinners and the cleanse, in the show both are a bit mysterious however a lot of info was released (Sinners cannot die to anything but angelic weapons like the spear Vaggie has and this is why Sir Pencius doesn't die). What I'm about the same next is a fundamental fact for Helluva that has never been directly stated in the show but implied however most people miss it even now into season 2 so see it now and not be confused or at least come back after you watch the pilot and/or episode one. (Most of the characters are hellborn meaning they were never human, so they don't inherently deserve to live in hell just like Charlie however they are multiple species unlike her. There are extreme differences between Sinners and hellborn and even other hellborn, I won't mention what they are but look out for some of them).

I'll try and keep my comments free of spoilers and answer questions or confusion with information relevant to the time, but it will be hard as when does something stop being a spoiler if it's never mentioned in the show, you know? You definitely seem more tuned to details than most people I've watched so I've no doubt you'll pick up things others don't however some things are just straight up never mentioned but are important which is annoying but lucky there isn't to much of this. It's still a great experience even if you don't know the info but it's like watching someone with a puzzle without all the pieces, I want to help give those pieces but I don't want to ruin the experience either by being too early. So I'll keep it all to the most relevant moments and the relevant time but again it is somewhat subjective so I'll try to delay with a lot of it on the safe side.

It's very unclear and confusing, I get it, but regardless of the copyright issues or not, I try to be as transformative as possible with my videos through extensive editing and commentary. So yeah, there should be no major problem moving forward!
I've heard of other Hellaverse reactors getting auto-flagged by RUclips's algorithm as well; some just live with having to dispute the claims and some put a filter over the visuals and/or cut away sometimes which you already do. Hopefully you'll be able to make the reactions full-length even if it turns out you can't show the whole episode; the dialogue and especially the songs are such a big part of the appeal of these shows, it's jarring when they get cut. (Sooo many great songs, you're in for a treat.)

Yeah, there are a few things to note about how Hell works in this universe. Firstly there are two major types of demons. The first are Sinners, who are humans who have been damned to Hell after death. When they arrive in Hell they gain a demonic form that usually reflects how they died and is designed to make them hate how they look. Alastor is a notable example, seeing how his demon form is that of a deer, referencing how he died in a deer hunting related accident. Sinners cannot reproduce, are confined to the Pride Ring of Hell and are biologically immortal. The only way they can be killed is through the use of blessed weapons, which angels use during the Extermination, explaining why Hell is so overcrowded. The second type of Demons are Hellborn, which are exactly what they sound like. These are demons that were born in Hell. They vary a lot depending on how high up the hierarchy they are, but the lower classes are able to be killed with regular weaponry, whilst royals need the blessed weapons described before. Charlie is the only Hellborn in the main cast of Hazbin, but the sister series, Helluva Boss focuses a lot more on how the lower and upper classes of Hellborn live in this world. The Hierarchy of Hell basically works like this, from highest to lowest: 1. Lucifer. A fallen Angel. The King of Hell and the Sin of Pride. 2. Lilith. The First Woman and Lucifer’s wife. The Queen of Hell 3. Charlie Morningstar. Their daughter. A smol bean. 4. The remaining Six Members of The Seven Deadly Sins. Asmodeus. Satan. Leviathan. Mammon. Beelzebub. Belphegor. They each run a ring of Hell, kinda like Dante’s Inferno. 5. The Ars Goetia. A collection of 72 noble Demon families with very strong magic and rigid sensibilities. 6. Overlords. Powerful demons who have come into being by providing necessary advancements to Hell. Alastor is the Overlord of Radio, because he brought the idea of radio with him to Hell when he died. 7. Sinners. Described above. 8. Hellborn demons. 9. Imps and Hellhounds. The lowest of the low. Often working class or even slaves.
Charlie was indeed born in hell. There are hell born demons, and sinners (sinners are humans that died and went to hell instead of heaven). Charlie doesn’t want to go to heaven, and I’m pretty sure she can’t anyways. She is the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith. In this universe hell is split into 7 rings (each named after one of the 7 deadly sins, such as greed, pride, lust, etc) and each ring is governed by the deadly sin that the ring is named after. While each ring has a deadly sin which governs authority over it, Lucifer is still at the top I believe. He is the absolute ruler of hell, that’s why Charlie is a princess. I mentioned hellborn demons, there are different kinds such as succubus, imps, hellhounds, and others I can’t remember/haven’t been introduced yet. While hell is full of sinners which were once human, hell also has its own native population that was completely born in hell. Sinners can’t have kids in hell, while hellborn demons can. They also can’t travel between the different rings like hellborn demons, they are stuck in the pride ring, where this pilot takes place.

So you can tell Alastor is from New Orleans with his reference to Jambalaya and the voodoo dolls with him. I also notice that Alastar during the song keeps seperating Charlie from the others.
Oohhh I didn't cant that, that's a great detail! I'm not from the US and I'm not that knowleadgeable about US culture, but it's clear how much visual inspiration there is from past decades, starting by the 1920s with that look from Charlie in the Alastor song!

Fun Fact about Hazbin Hotel and characters (to my knowledge)
Since Heaven has impossible high standards, humans mostly end up in Hell. Pride Ring is the only place where sinners can live, they can't go to other Rings.
Most of the sinners change their names upon rebirth in Hell.
Lucifer, Charlie's father, is said to love Charlie but isn't a good father and doe's support her dreams.
Lilith is Charlie's mother. In some stories, Lilith was actually a first woman who was made from same clay as Adam. But she didn't to be submited and wanted equal rights as Adam. Become of her defiance, God banished her, turning her into a demon and replaced her with Eve, who was made from Adam's rib, to be submitting.
Charlie and her dad have angelic wings.
Alastor was a serial killer from New Orleans and died in 1933. It is believed he was killed by hunter that mistaken him for a deer and was mauled by huters dogs.
While he is radio demon, he is a deer sinner as well.
Alastor never stops smiling (he cant) since he believes frowning is weakness.

I feel like the reason Alastor came to the Hazbin Hotel, is because he wanted to make Charlie believe that he is not so evil, so that he can manipulate Charlie into making a deal with him, so that he gains even more power over her, to potentially gain control over Lucifer, and take over all of Hell, or destroy it completely.
Hmmm that would make for an interesting plot for the series, but I think Alastor may be not full on antagonist in the show? I feel like they might go in a different direction for him, but really looking forward to potential interactions between Alastor and Lucifer 👀
As far as I can tell, the symbols surrounding Alastor are designed to resemble the veve of what is presumably Louisiana Voodoo but don't match any specific ones I can find. (That's presumably to avoid religious offense and cultural appropriation, but the aesthetic is very much correct.) He makes at least one other reference originating in the African diaspora in Louisiana, which reinforces the connection.
The creator has stated that he's mixed-race Creole from New Orleans, but that's outside of the pilot.

Just to make some things clear, here's Hell's hierarchy:
1. Lucifer & Lilith(and Charlie?)
2. 7 sins(Mammon - Greed, Asmodeus - Lust, ect...) each has their own ring in hell
3. Goetia(I'm not really expert so idk alot about them)
4. Sinners(people who went to hell after death, they all live on the ring of Pride and cannot visit other rings)
5. Imps, born in hell and you could say they're lower class
6. Hellhounds, lowest in hierarchy if I'm not mistaken(viewed as "pets" by many)
Again, I'm not an expert so I'm pretty sure I missed some species between Sinners and imps.
Also, it's not a power level, just status in general, so not all hellhounds are on the bottom of society, for example.
I genuinely love that it seems there has been some real thought on the worldbuilding of this version of hell, keeping in mind the seven deadly sins and all, can't wait to get more into them! Definitely a lot of potential for so many stories. Thank you! 🙌

By the way the demon on the right of the screen at 9:42 is an early version/maybe cameo of Blitz∅ (i tried to find the letter but could only find this symbol it's basically a slashed "o" because "the O is silent"), the main character from the other series made by Vivziepop, "Helluva Boss". It canonically takes place in the same hell and at the same time as Hazbin Hotel, so despite being a different design, Blitz∅'s presence at that news station might have been canon.
On that note, if you liked Hazbin Hotel, you might enjoy Helluva Boss. There's a lot of humor and good character development... And a LOT of musical moments. There's some episodes with 3 entire songs in them :0

Then you have to do a watch of “Helluva Boss”. It’s all in the same universe, but follows the crazy story of some of the natural born denizens of Hell. As opposed to ‘sinners’ who were once human and were sent there after death.
It is insane, hilarious, and raunchy; but also heartfelt and emotional.
I will! And sounds like a great expansion, really looking foward to it 🎉
Some very important notes about the world itself (no spoilers, just small things to keep in mind.
-The horned halo things at the first song are indeed angels according to the creator, they are called the Exorcists. we know very little about them other than their faces are apparently LED masks. we will most likely learn more about them when the series finally fully comes out.
-Helluva boss is amazing, and is currently on season 2 right now, Helluva boss focuses way more on expanding the lore of Hells native species (Please keep this in mind whenever you watch it, Hellborn demons were born in hell and weren't sent to it as any form of punishment, they get to live their own lives in their own world, something a lot of reactors never figure out or think about.)
-The only other thing i'd mention about the world itself to keep in mind is that hell is divided into 7 areas known as Rings. Hazbin Hotel takes place entirely in the Pride ring, because, according to the show's creator, Sinners CANNOT leave Pride. The other 6 rings of hell are explored more in Helluva boss, and because of that, i won't be talking about them. just something about the world itself to keep in mind, because its another aspect that isn't really talked about *That* much, but if you know to keep your eyes and ears out for it, you'll learn a bit more.
And that's everything non-spoiler related i can say about the world! there's a few more things that i could mention that aren't really spoilers either, but it'd be best to wait until you actually have seen some of helluva boss before then. Welcome to Hell.
Ohhh I thought someone else called them the Exterminators? I may be wrong though 👀 can't wait to see them fleshed out in the show, would definitely build to great potential conflict and drama.

Once you get to watching Helluva Boss, a thing to note: it also has a Pilot episode, which isn't canon anymore - but also is?
The characters themselves and important lore details and events were significantly changed for the actual show, but a few elements of the Pilot do get referenced here and there.
My personal recommendation is to start with Episodes 1-3 to get an accurate first impression of the characters and setting, then slot in the Pilot to get that extra context with the knowledge of which parts don't really make sense anymore.

I would love to see you react to Ted Lasso. I've only seen the first season so far but I absolutely loved it and I think you would too. All the acting is amazing, the writing is amazing, the themes are amazing and it's extremely funny.
As a newcomer I must say fantastic reaction and I love all the edits adding to the experience both the fun stuff and also noticing small details, I can't wait for you to watch Helluva boss as it's also great and also has a ton of background details that I can't wait for you to spot.
Also Helluva boss's pilot is no longer canon however it is an interesting watch that I highly recommend as some details are still important.
I will put what you may consider spoilers in () however some of the info is never stated in the shows so learning it can be important but you decide.
If you do read them please tell me how you rate them as spoilers, if it is the type of info you want to see or not for future comments.
Something interesting is you can actually spot the early designs for some of Helluva Boss's characters in this pilot as they were originally going to be part of Hazbin but they along with others were cut.
I don't know how to say their names without being light spoilers so skip ahead if you want, (9:38 Blitz's early design bottom right, 10:49 the white wolf that's the character that Loona would be based on, 12:10 around here in the cut boo section is Moxxie's shadow).
A big problem I have with Hazbin and Helluva is that some of its info is not within the shows and so it's a hard line between saying something that's a spoiler and saying it so you're not confused.
An example that you did figure out on our own is that Charlie's dad is Lucifer however that is not stated anywhere in the pilot, however more info on him I would consider spoilers like the family dynamic has been stated.
Another example is stuff to do with the Sinners and the cleanse, in the show both are a bit mysterious however a lot of info was released (Sinners cannot die to anything but angelic weapons like the spear Vaggie has and this is why Sir Pencius doesn't die).
What I'm about the same next is a fundamental fact for Helluva that has never been directly stated in the show but implied however most people miss it even now into season 2 so see it now and not be confused or at least come back after you watch the pilot and/or episode one.
(Most of the characters are hellborn meaning they were never human, so they don't inherently deserve to live in hell just like Charlie however they are multiple species unlike her.
There are extreme differences between Sinners and hellborn and even other hellborn, I won't mention what they are but look out for some of them).

It's very unclear and confusing, I get it, but regardless of the copyright issues or not, I try to be as transformative as possible with my videos through extensive editing and commentary. So yeah, there should be no major problem moving forward!
I've heard of other Hellaverse reactors getting auto-flagged by RUclips's algorithm as well; some just live with having to dispute the claims and some put a filter over the visuals and/or cut away sometimes which you already do. Hopefully you'll be able to make the reactions full-length even if it turns out you can't show the whole episode; the dialogue and especially the songs are such a big part of the appeal of these shows, it's jarring when they get cut. (Sooo many great songs, you're in for a treat.)

Yeah, there are a few things to note about how Hell works in this universe.
Firstly there are two major types of demons. The first are Sinners, who are humans who have been damned to Hell after death. When they arrive in Hell they gain a demonic form that usually reflects how they died and is designed to make them hate how they look. Alastor is a notable example, seeing how his demon form is that of a deer, referencing how he died in a deer hunting related accident. Sinners cannot reproduce, are confined to the Pride Ring of Hell and are biologically immortal. The only way they can be killed is through the use of blessed weapons, which angels use during the Extermination, explaining why Hell is so overcrowded.
The second type of Demons are Hellborn, which are exactly what they sound like. These are demons that were born in Hell. They vary a lot depending on how high up the hierarchy they are, but the lower classes are able to be killed with regular weaponry, whilst royals need the blessed weapons described before. Charlie is the only Hellborn in the main cast of Hazbin, but the sister series, Helluva Boss focuses a lot more on how the lower and upper classes of Hellborn live in this world.
The Hierarchy of Hell basically works like this, from highest to lowest:
1. Lucifer. A fallen Angel. The King of Hell and the Sin of Pride.
2. Lilith. The First Woman and Lucifer’s wife. The Queen of Hell
3. Charlie Morningstar. Their daughter. A smol bean.
4. The remaining Six Members of The Seven Deadly Sins. Asmodeus. Satan. Leviathan. Mammon. Beelzebub. Belphegor. They each run a ring of Hell, kinda like Dante’s Inferno.
5. The Ars Goetia. A collection of 72 noble Demon families with very strong magic and rigid sensibilities.
6. Overlords. Powerful demons who have come into being by providing necessary advancements to Hell. Alastor is the Overlord of Radio, because he brought the idea of radio with him to Hell when he died.
7. Sinners. Described above.
8. Hellborn demons.
9. Imps and Hellhounds. The lowest of the low. Often working class or even slaves.

Charlie was indeed born in hell. There are hell born demons, and sinners (sinners are humans that died and went to hell instead of heaven). Charlie doesn’t want to go to heaven, and I’m pretty sure she can’t anyways. She is the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith.
In this universe hell is split into 7 rings (each named after one of the 7 deadly sins, such as greed, pride, lust, etc) and each ring is governed by the deadly sin that the ring is named after. While each ring has a deadly sin which governs authority over it, Lucifer is still at the top I believe. He is the absolute ruler of hell, that’s why Charlie is a princess.
I mentioned hellborn demons, there are different kinds such as succubus, imps, hellhounds, and others I can’t remember/haven’t been introduced yet. While hell is full of sinners which were once human, hell also has its own native population that was completely born in hell. Sinners can’t have kids in hell, while hellborn demons can. They also can’t travel between the different rings like hellborn demons, they are stuck in the pride ring, where this pilot takes place.

So you can tell Alastor is from New Orleans with his reference to Jambalaya and the voodoo dolls with him. I also notice that Alastar during the song keeps seperating Charlie from the others.
Oohhh I didn't cant that, that's a great detail! I'm not from the US and I'm not that knowleadgeable about US culture, but it's clear how much visual inspiration there is from past decades, starting by the 1920s with that look from Charlie in the Alastor song!
