I don't know anyone will see this comment or not, but still I am writing because I have to ask sth about Renaissance. Mam from Chaucer's video we r reading the word Renaissance, but u never discussed it, u only said that this is originated from Italy, but u never discussed it in a special heading like u discussed 'Hundred years of war', 'War of roses' and 'The reformation'. This caused a lot of confusion to me such as What is Renaissance, when did it really started and if Renaissance came during 16th century in England then how Chaucer was influenced by it who was in 14th century. Although I have searched its answers on Google and also got it, but still if you would have made a video on it then it could become more clear.
But your videos are helping me very much. I'm in first year And an Eng. Honours student, so these videos meant alot for me. Thank you teacher!

@@Ishhhq Thanks for your kind consideration. But perhaps Different universities have different syllabus for the same subject. Some topics are common like History of English Lit. and language as these are the foundational chapters but other than that there is no similarity. BTW I have some problems on Prosody if u can help then it would mean a lot for me.

Delhi University. But the syllabus is not different as such for courses like ours. Just a little omissions here and there.

Actually it was Francis Bacon who wrote all the plays and sonnets attributed to Shakespeare. And this is true.
