When we think about elements, its such that heavy elements like water and earth which are of substance tend to fall down, there is no down to up, its always up to down. A person's memory and materials are like that. Now if we consider the lighter things like wind or fire, well one thing moves everything else but it does not have any presence of its own other than moving other presence. That is the wind. Actually the state of mind in nothingness is a blissful state !! You could dwell in this state and thrive in Jannas simply in the illumination of your mind!
