@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial yes I know you're right. I know if you want to be a high-level player you have to do that... And even thinking proactively like that in other sports would help. Don't just stand around because you don't have the ball at the moment, be proactive and be at the right place to help yourself and/or your teammates.
great video..i wish someone had talked about positioning to me a long time ago, could have saved from a lot of frustration caused by not being able to get to balls. At least now i know why, i was out of position frequently.
Glad you enjoyed it! For sure I know the frustration myself, but if you start to focus on it after a while it becomes automatic so it’s never too late! 💪
Some top tips right here! On another note, could you make a in depth review of the babolat pure aero from last year? Im keen on buying one but it would really help me decide if you or Simon did a good review of it here on the channel. Thanks a lot and keep those perfect lessons coming!
Very interesting but I find that your body's ability to execute the shot is the #1 factor. Your mind may know exactly the shot you want but your execution is key. Reading the opponent, knowing how to respond, etc are great but secondary steps.
You can prepare earlier if you watch the opponent instead of the ball when the ball is on the other side of the court. Tennis becomes much easier this way.

Super! I need more like this to develop correct mental habits.
Glad you enjoyed it, such a big part of the game is mental and we often forget to work on it!
Really practical and clear advice. Thank you. The very best channel by far.
Thanks for your support glad you enjoyed it! Where are you watching us from?

@@nickherbert2591 Great, hopefully our weather will improve so we can play outdoors more!
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial indeed and the last few days have been perfect
Helpful thank you. Basic preparation between shots.
For sure, it is a vital part of the game, it’s what we do before, during and after contact!

Is consistency the most important part of your game to win matches?
for sure!

Great!

Thanks man
Thanks for watching
Wow, you move so well. Footwork is so important but I have lead feet 😂
Doesn’t feel like it haha, but thank you! I think the most important part is to stay light on your toes and keep moving keeps you dynamic 👍
And what about adding more topspin to the strokes?
For sure, good height over the net with topspin will keep the ball in, this was more on the tactics behind consistency
You can prepare earlier if you watch the opponent instead of the ball when the ball is on the other side of the court. Tennis becomes much easier this way.
That’s for sure, their positioning, their swing, their racquet face even the sound of the ball can tell you a lot about power and spin/slice amount
TTT x tennisbrothers some time ?
Haha maybe one day!!
