I've been a contract worker since 2011. Therefore, I've found that a travel trailer is best suited 4 my needs. Park unhinge trailer then drive to & from work, and exploring the areas. Also, buy new. I've made the mistake in the past buying used. You just end up in the long run, replacing so many things. The gypsy way of life is grand in my caravan! Thx 4 taking us all along on your environment bubble tour!
The RVs they are making nowadays are amazing. Truly rolling homes the level of amenities and stuff to live in are top notch. Big difference when I was a kid In the seventies, with my parents RV. Lol. Those adventure truck RVs are rugged off road greatness!
Rving was so much fun with my grandparents back in the day. You need to watch the “long long trailer” staring Lucille ball and desi arnaz. Super funny and a lot of shenanigans.
I'm assuming by the fact that Cris's parents are RV'ers and they can tell you about the lifestyle this could happen. I suggest asking Adam The Woo on his experience to make an informed decision. I too love to go to these events when I can. So much fun to see all that!
Welcome back to Florida Tampa Jay! RVs are cool great video so many nice ones and campers! I always wanted a class b camper van those were some really cool ones that you looked at!
My wife and I are a little late to the camping thing. We are in our mid 30s and from Midwest ohio. We have been doing a lot of tent camping the last year or two, exploring different state parks in the ohio and Indiana area. We have been talking about a camper too. We have been looking at more a smaller tear drop style as well. It's just my wife and I so we don't need anything too big. Have you two camped? Tent or rv. A few camping videos would be cool. Maybe do some tent camping in some state parks. Maybe that would tell you what options you would really want in an rv. Maybe after using campground amenities you may see if your comfortable with them or want your own amenities in an rv.
Another place that is beautiful to visit is the White Mountains of NH. Many epic scenic view spots, trails, attractions, it has the biggest mountain in all of New England, being Mt. Washington. 6,688ft. Even has a Cog Railway train ride up to the summit and a road to drive up it on the other side of the mountain. The town of North Conway is a notable place to see. Along with other towns in that area. In your words, "there's much ahead " to see.
I liked the Micro Mini. We had a 30 ft. Tow behind fully loaded, I loved that trailer. But we started out with a Pop Up ,we had fun with that too. It's amazing what they can do with RVs, so many styles, sizes, and of course prices.♥️
We bought a used class c diesel 2015 last year for way less than a class b. My husband is handy and uses it primarily for his business. Staying at a campground or boondocking has saved a ton of money on food and hotels. We previously had two boats and never lost money on either. If you are not handy and not willing to learn and understand your RV, you will spend a ton of money. The nice thing about our class c is we can park in a regular parking spot as long as there is 3-4 feet behind us. It is easy to drive.
But what would you do with All your. Plant babies Cris? The RV is a good idea and the luxury is amazing these days Thank you very much for taking me along 😊 Much Ahead..to think about ! From Tammy in PA
Those musicians today have no idea how good they have it! I took a few photos of the inside of The Man in Black's tour bus. It was nice...for the day. But now...Holy Cow.
Check with Tim Tracker, they rented an RV from a place that delivered, set up and later picked up an RV to Fort Wilderness. He has a video about it. Looked like a lot of fun!
I have a family member who turned a school into a camper they live in it and drive all over there is places where you can camp free all over the country
Had friend that had brand new Rv zero miles…and kept breaking down…had to wait 2 days to get a tow and weeks to get an estimate on repairs…the things that broke weren’t on warranty either…forget it!
Gotta say it…”that there’s an RV, it’s a good lookin vehicle ain’t it? now don’t ya go fallin in love with it now cause we’re takin it with us when we leave here next month”
Thanks for this video. My wife and I recently got a Thor Sequence 20l and love it so far. We traded in our towable Little Guy Mini Max which we loved as well but got tired of towing. We are Small Camper Big Fun on RUclips if you want to check it’s out. Cheers my friend keep up the great work
We were out there shopping for a new RV too. We are going smaller than our current 30 foot. Keep in mind a place for trash and laundry. So many don’t include good places on small rigs. And, of course, charging areas, comfy place to work, etc
I’ve been looking at new and new to me rv’s for the last year. Thankfully a seller backed out on me in September. I’ve been watching the market steadily fall until now it’s crashing. I would say to anyone thinking of buying an rv to just say no. There are thousands of owners upside down in their units. Bank owned units are beginning to stack up.
Jay, Whatever you do, Don’t buy an RV. They are a huge waste of money. You will stop using it someday and never get back what you sold it for. Rent one for awhile to see if you like that lifestyle first…..
depending on the Business Use of the RV, u can deduct (more & more) of the Cost of the RV against your internet revenue. here is what i mean. 1. driving to filming locations. using the RV to edit, upload, review other vloggers' content (business practice), to interview for the Channel. 2. IF u put a painted sign on the (side/front/tail) advertising Your(either/both) internet channels., u can further deduct more expenses. A. the cost of the paint job, B due to the Ad, more f the operating expenses can be deducted from business income. // RV operating expenses include Insurance, fuel, mtc/repairs, license, tolls, parking, DECOR, and bringing up to the Business Ready Use that it would need to be. You also can deduct the Capital Cost Allowance (RVs lower in value over time, unlike Houses). Under USA Tax Laws, 'a mortgage interest payment' is deductible against Business Income. using the RV as a internet home base does make the RV deductible. In theory, u should be able to deduct some of the Mortgage Interest payments against your internet income. The Fees for living on a RV lot are 'rental' fees for tax purposes. It depends on what u are 'prepared' to do. / Plan ahead. Map distance and parkin destination. Fuel price vs potential use. same for water (water costs money), sewage. IF u do the due diligence, and figure out how much U can use the RV for business purposes, U can Increase the Use Pre Tax Dollars to Pay for the RV and its operating expenses. myop paint your you tube channel Ad on one side of the RV (that u buy). and have C the G put her ad on the other side of the RV. u want to use Pre Tax dollars, not after taxed dollars, to pay (account) for your RV's costs. Given how much the GOP Cut taxes for their Passive Income supporters, little people need to know all they need, to lower all their taxes due. Federally, as Florida has No State Income tax. GOP House Reps plan to introduce a 24% (ish) sales' tax (federal) to replace all Income Taxes. That would mean adding 25% to the price of the RVs! I support a National Sales' tax of 5%, but ONLY to pay down all the old debts, $31+ trillion. and mandate the GOP have to learn basic grade 10 accounting. the 14th Amendment was written before the republicans were even a party. as was Article 1 S 8 P1 of the Constitution. // their bad math only bankrupts duh america
the miles per Gallon RVs have the cost of Fuel to coin flip over. But having an RV does allow for U-2, to squat where squatting can be done. Woo found that saudi - bin laden house. as u know Mr Conch has eyes to squat the location. Takes 7 yrs to legally squat a parcel of vacant property from the actual owner. damn saudis should not own that house any more. I know all about RVs, motorhomes, trailers. Good Luck Happy RV Parking

RVs have all the comfort of home. All the amenities, everything you need on wheels. Enjoyed the video 👍
Thanks Kris!

I enjoyed seeing the RVs through your lens. My wife and I have been watching different RV content. Thinking about hitting the road on our own someday.
Yes do it while you are young, you wont regret it and your channels will prosper! I would do it if I could.
I haven't been to this RV show in a few years. It's always fun looking inside all of them.
HI Jay! Some were too small for my taste. Those are all awesome. 👍😎 Did you see one that is in your future! Great video.

No. RV maintenance. Tires. Gas. Ain't cheap. Adam the Woo had one.
Just gonna say “learn from Adam” 😎
Adam the woo used to have a RV he dosn't have one any more
Them prices seem ridiculous have things really gone up that much or is that just Florida prices.
Maxsmith said hi to you TJ
I know you could enter the other RV’s but can you enter the Prevost?
Yes and did in the video
@@TampaJay very exciting
Only if you can from head to toe, repair anything on the RV yourself.
There's no place like home 🏡
"Hi, I'd like to tour this RV."
"I'm sorry, but you're not on the list."
