Preach! I have been able to draw a clear connection between most cases of domestic violence, sexual assault and just general shameful behavior and alcohol. It’s almost always a factor.
It is a blessing. I grew up in a family that follows the dietary guidelines given in the Old Testament (no pork or shellfish) and no alcohol or caffeine. It wasn’t until I was a teenager I saw in my friends families the negative impact alcohol has on health and relationships.
It's not a healthy relationship if your fighting and arguing with your PARTNER. In a healthy relationship you take into consideration how your actions may effect your partner, you consult each other when making important decisions, you don't accept "attention" from other people, you don't give other people "attention", you can discuss possible issues without fighting, you don't do things that could jeopardize your partners trust, your partner is your best friend. Ive seen, to many times, where one of my married friends chooses to do something selfish, knowing they'd be pissed tf off if their partner did the exact same thing to them, knowing how it would effect their relationship, but they do it anyway bc they are selfish and then complain when their marriage starts falling apart and then all of a sudden they donno why it's happening. You can't be selfish when in a serious relationship or married, well if you want it to be a healthy relationship.
@@slather- Conflicts are natural in relationships, but how you handle them is key. Healthy conflict resolution involves communication, understanding, and compromise. Constant fighting without resolution can be detrimental, but occasional disagreements can strengthen a relationship if resolved constructively.
