In the drugstore and the large building when it transforms to the 120V for plug loads...does it go from 3 phase 4 wire to single phase 2 wire?

Where would the meters go in these diagrams? Before or after the transformers?

Let me answer the question “why there was no two phase? But three phase” three phase current due the how to generate electricity. Actually magnetic field generates current, when wire cutting through magnetic field it generates some current through the wire. That is how motor works, however, when bundle of wires revolving cutting through the magnetic field it leaves out some space to generate more current, therefore, when one bundle cutting turning 120 degrees, we can add another bundle and cutting through magnetic field generating more current, same idea, the third bundle can be added, every bundle turn 120 degrees then this process becomes less efficient, then another bundle cutting in right away, so we have three sine waves, each of the wave turns 120 degrees then one whole cycle we have three bundle makes the motor the most efficient, that is why we have three phase current. Let me know if I’m correct or not, thanks😀
