I hate to be a downer... but if the BCP had a seventh wave... it would not look like this at all. The BCP does not include ANY tracks that aren't already in Mario Kart Tour.
Loved the video and some great recreated tracks! I understand you want to get through the tracks quickly to not make the video too long, but playing on 150cc would probably make it easier for viewers to see everything on each track, and would still keep the video to about 12 minutes. I also admire your 200cc skill on some of these brand-new tracks!
The more I think about Toad's Factory, the more I think about something that I think would be pretty cool to add and that would be two platforms with booster panels being held up by those cranes at the end of the track. And you can only access these platforms if you were to take that shortcut with the glider ramp.
There is absolutely _zero_ chance that Toad's Factory would have made it into the Booster Course Pass. There is one thing and one thing only that prevents this. Mario Kart Tour. 100% of all courses in the BCP were in, or planned for Mario Kart Tour.

Hey, great video! Seeing the modded GCN rainbow road and mushroom city brings me joy, I grew up with the GameCube and Double Dash too.
GCN Wario Coliseum *screams* MK8. Why Nintendo chose not to bring it back with anti-gravity is beyond me.
