    This is super interesting. I always like listening to blenders talk tobacco. I feel like I learn a lot and get a chance to see all the factors and thought processes that go into putting a pipe tobacco (or a cigar) onto the market.

    Gets the impression from pics from the Warped tobacco yall did, that Jeremy might be a metal head. That makes me happy.

    This is an amazing blend, one of if not the best I’ve ever put in a pipe.

    Glad I picked up 3 tins. Smoking my first bowl now in a savinelli Zulu. Enjoying it, but DEFINITELY believe with some age it will grow into something really special. Love these informational vids btw.

    Looking forward to putting fire to some Carolina Red Flake due in today's mail. Thank you for blending up some fantastic mixtures!
    Came back to report that the Carolina Red Flake is delicious and complex. I am glad I snagged several tins to try, and cellar. 😁✌

      Thanks, I really hope to get some. I am a super big fan of C&D and smoke so much of it I feel like I need to put their logo on my vehicle and my t-shirts. They are the best in my book when it comes to blending and using the best tobaccos. The tin art is awesome as well.

    Is this the grade that has been used for the last 2 runs of Carolina red flake too? Those are really something special! Love these videos where you demystify some of the behind the scenes working of the C&D mad scientist you are!

    Another great video. Hopefully you will find a suitable replacement for that fine leaf. How long do you anticipate being able to make Speakeasy with the original leaf, and will you discontinue the blend after it runs out?

    I wonder if this grade would be up to Mike McNeil's of McClelland standards?

    Thanks for the videos, I am learning a lot.
    Does Cornell & Diehl sell any straight tobaccos ie. Virginia's, Burleys, etc.
    I have a few bland Aromatics that I want to make more enjoyable (tastier/smokable) so I can smoke them up. ...Plus I want to get an idea of the what leafs I like.

    Great video! Thanks for the info. Is that a clay pipe you test tobaccos in?

    • @ronh.798
      @ronh.798 5 лет назад +2

      Yes, he always uses clay, which allows for the full flavor of the tobacco to come through.

    The way I see it, McClelland retired because they couldn't get the tobacco they wanted for 5100 Red Cake. I could have stocked up on that but, I didn't know any better. I'm going to get a deep supply of CRF today.

    Grades with great beards and moustaches are always better, unless the grade is also female. You must have found another source you like because I just smoked a 2019 ton that was outstanding.
