    Doctor, do you thing Life Extension Two-per-day Multivitamins are a good solution as a foundational supplement which ensures not having deficiencies? The product has mega doses of B vitamins. I know there are people who are against megadosing (like Dr Brad Stanfield), but I still believe Life Extension Two-per-day Multivitamins is probably one of the best options because: 1. Reasonably priced. 2. Includes almost every vitamin (for example many multivitamins lack selenium, but this one does not). 3. Mega dosing B vitamins can be effective due to the fact that only a certain percentage is actually absorbed in the body + they are water soluble so overdosing with these mega-doses should be impossible in most cases.
    And a worth note for people reading my comment, as with most multivitamins, these do not have the required amounts of magnesium, potassium and iron, therefore taking them separatelly (if you are deficient or doing a lot of high intesity exercizing) is recommended.

    "Doctor, I have ADHD and depression. For my depression, I'm using the antidepressant escitalopram/mylan 20mg. If I take L-Theanine, does it interact with the antidepressants I mentioned earlier? Can I take L-Theanine? Thank you in advance.
