Looks like a great, balanced list of USEFUL plugins! (for those who are here before the video launches, the list is in the description). Can't wait to hear your thoughts on them!
I love the Tonebooster plugins. Toneboosters Equalizer Pro was such a surprise in 2024 for me. Absolute brilliant tool. Tonebooster keeps (not only) the bargain crown 😊
i would get something like that waldorf one but at that price no thanks. the same price as a kontakt orchestra library almost sheesh. sounds awesome tho. i do love it's sound.. might i suggest the Martinic AX73 for a retro synth, because i love it, it's a recreation of the Akai ax73 keyboard. They are good people at Martinic too. It's also expensive but i feel it's more worth it as a real recreation of the keyboard.
Nice list! A number of surprises that I've taken note of to examine or reexamine, for if they come recommended and are depended on by Folia Soundstudio, I sense they must've crossed a pretty high bar. Thank you very much for all of your time and efforts. Always really enjoyable, educational, and entertaining. Great presentation format and style Looking forward to advancing with you through 2025 and beyond. Cheers! 🥂
I really trust your opinion on plugins and software in general. I got avenger 2.0 and blackhole because of u, and they’re my 2 favorite plugins I own. Really looking forward to getting fuel and thing! I always look forward to watching your videos, thank you!
Synth VSTs Honorable mentions: Cherry Audio P-10 (old Prophet 10) & Softube Model 77 (Yamaha CS-80). I think both emulate the old analog synths pretty well.
Minimal Audio is a sick company, but be on the look out for Prototype Audio, Process Audio, among some noobs on the come-up rise. They got some stuff that even makes hardware complain about the competition!!
Papichulo Folia, all good with your video but you did nor dance as you did when you reviewed Fuel... not good.people were waiting! in the other hand I totally agree with your virtual synths selection
I bought these things recently: Limiter by MasteringTheMix (brilliant loudness), Spectre (very good saturation), Hellrazer Amplesound (best guitar I have heard), VoiceAI SoundID (convert voice to voice), Ace Studio (midi to voice, stem separation and more). So much fun!
I'm sure these AI voice tools are fun, but be warned - be careful about releasing works derived from them commercially, even if they state fully copyright-free. Do deeper research. And Ace Studio for close to $400 (over two years) for ownership... that's pretty steep when just a few Google searches will find you the same for free. Ace Studio is just hosting the models, packaging them in a nice online/DAW-compatible way.
Very interesting list ! I would add the free versione of Thing too... As synt guy would You review the bundle Sampletank 4 maxV2 including Syntronik 2 max libraries ? About sound quality e wich sinth You prefer ? Aldo wich kind of sinth/sound Is not well covered from that bundle ? Have a Great New Year 😊
That FUEL VSTfx is mass critical and heat. FUEL and MasterPlan play nicely with one another. There's one plugin that hardly can top what the plugin I'm about to mention does, and the company is no longer around: Crysonic....the ANUNA plugin is probably the best digital-to-analog converter EQ in the box I ever heard. Yes, better than Softube's EQ1. Better than LISA EQ modeled after the LISA hardware itself. The closest plugin that comes to ANUNA is another defunct company Oversampled with their Pancz (one of the most underrated plugins in history on the fx side!) and Acustica Audio's JAM/JAM2 with the GREEN suite. FUEL on the unity setting has that "pristine FM radio" sonic quality, but it makes it sound almost too clean so be aware of that in that mode.
Helllooo! What do you think about my list? Anything you'd add after 2024? Lemme know down below!

That might just be the most Polish outfit ever produced, worn, or even conceived. Cheers sir, good show.
If you say so :D Thanks, cheers!
Great Review))
Thx!
Hey man great job keep going

I've always was wanted an Acustica synth and was curious about how would it sound, this thing looks cool.

Hey Paul! Just letting you know that Nektar Panorama CS12 now has Cubase/Nuendo support!
you should checkout current 2, its a really great synth
I've heard a lot about it and I'll try to review it in January!

I thank you for the recognition!
If you learn well Pigments and Phase Plant- oh my god, you will have a superpower duo in your studio ;)

Mussolini seems to be running Acustica Audio. They get more arrogant with every year.
do you think choosing wired founts make your videos more credible? its hard to read man, go for simplicity it always works....
