Felix wasn’t dancing much because of a back injury
Oh no poor Felix 😞
Felix was excluded from a lot of the choreo on purpose because he was injured at the time
What I love about this choreo is how they incorporate the lyrics into the dancemoves. The beginning looks like felix is reviving lee know frankenstein style which they mention in the chorus.
During changbins part he says “volcano” and three members make a volcano that erupts
The hand movement when the bird flies away reminds me of flapping of bird wings but also of whistling.
Idk these examples are in almost all of their choreos their musicality is top notch which is why the lyrics are so important in skz songs to get the full experience of the songs.
You really hit the bullseye. I had goosebumps when you described the whole choreo as "contained chaos". It's amazing how you can see and feel that through the choreo alone, because THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THE SONG IS ABOUT. It's the chaos inside of us that we try to subdue by fitting in with the norm.
If anyone is wondering why Felix isn’t taking part in a lot of Choreo at that point in time he was suffering go back injury
How does he manage to look away BOTH TIMES right when they do the drill spin?!
He saw it both times in the performance version, he just didn’t have an opinion about it!
I was gonna say that, he turned away during the drill spin (first time they did it together, second time they had like a domino effect, can’t remember what it’s called) in two different formations. Thought it was an integral part of the song/choreo together with the birds sound.
The start of this with the “spikes” is to mimic Frankenstein table.
You mentioned hair color --- the incomplete green on Changbin is my favorite for him. I like purple on LeeKnow (he's has a bit of cobalt tint to it in this but I've seen other shades and purple really works on him). Hyunjin's red hair... so vibrant. I don't think it's my favorite on him but it is striking nonetheless. Especially in the music video, I think it almost makes him look cut from greenscreen but I've seen BTS and it still has that effect just hanging out. So intense that it almost separates him from reality (I'm not sure if I articulated that well but you probably get the idea). Wild.
They should shoot another dance with Felix in it
